## What is iMuscleMap?

Muscle Map is a strength training and workout tracker built around a visual muscle map.

Instead of only logging sets, reps, and weight, Muscle Map helps you see how every workout affects your body. Track trained muscles, monitor recovery, spot weak areas, and plan your next session with more confidence.

Key features:

• Visual Muscle Map
See the status of 14 major muscle groups across your chest, back, shoulders, arms, core, glutes, and legs.

• Structured Training Plans
Choose plans based on your goal, experience level, and training setup, including beginner full-body training, push pull legs, dumbbell hypertrophy, fat loss, and bodyweight workouts.

• Exercise Library
Browse strength exercises with target muscles, step-by-step instructions, common mistakes, recommended sets, and alternatives.

• Workout Logging
Track weight, reps, RPE, completed sets, and workout duration. During a session, Muscle Map shows which muscles you are training in real time.

• Recovery and Progress Insights
Review muscle intensity, recovery status, weekly progress, training volume, muscle coverage, and personal records.

• Built for Different Training Setups
Use Muscle Map at the gym, at home with dumbbells, or with bodyweight-only workouts.

Muscle Map is designed for lifters who want more structure, better muscle balance, and a clearer view of their training progress.

Note: Muscle Map provides workout tracking and fitness reference information only. It is not medical advice. Please train according to your own health and fitness level.

### 1/5 — No comparrison to iMuscle 2

*2026-07-12*

Complete trash. This is supposed to be a replacement for imuscle? Forget everyone who payed for imuscle. “Here, pay for an even more complicated app. That gives you nothing.” Where as imuscle, i just click on a muscle and have suggestions for workout and stretches. It was simple and easy to navigate
