En wifi et 4G. J’ai changé il y a deux mois de portable (iPhone 10 à iPhone 12 pro), l’application fonctionnait parfaitement en Wifi et 4G depuis 4 ans et soudain juste après le changement la 4G ne fonctionne plus (mais wifi ok). J’ai vérifié sur l’iPhone 12 pro les paramètres de l’appli dans les réglages de l’iPhone tout est OK (vert). Mon épouse a la même application en androïd tout fonctionne. J’ai donc envoyé un mail au support du développeur. PAS DE RÉPONSE ! Au bout de 10 jours je l’ai relancé ! PAS DE RÉPONSE. J’ai donc envoyé un mail au support LEGRAND Mais LEGRAND indique que ce développeur n’intervient pas pour LEGRAND. être une application LEGRAND. EN CONCLUSION TANT QUE L’APPLI FONCTIONNE OK MAIS DES QUE VOUS AUREZ UN PROBLÈME NE COMPTEZ PAS SUR UN SUPPORT !!! **Developer response:** Paramètres de connexion incorrects.
