## What is In Altum?

Most relaxation apps are libraries. You pick a recording, you press play,
and the second time you hear it you already know what comes next.

In Altum composes each session while you listen. Pacing, embedded
suggestion, confusion, nested stories that open early and close at the
end — the structure a hypnotherapist would use, assembled on your phone
in the moment. Two sessions are never identical.

FIVE WAYS IN
Fall asleep. Settle anxiety. Find focus. Steady nerves. Change a habit.
Settling anxiety and falling asleep stay free, always.

GROUND
Ninety seconds, one dial, one hand. Reachable from the Lock Screen,
Control Centre, Siri, or the Action Button, without unlocking and hunting
for an icon. Free every time, with no account.

IT CAN LISTEN
With your permission, a session can use a sound near you — a door, a car,
someone moving in the next room — rather than pretending it didn't happen.
Audio is processed on your device, never recorded, and never leaves your
phone.

SOUND
Ocean, rain, a soft clock paced to your breath, a low binaural tone, or
silence. Always behind the voice, never in front of it.

WRITTEN BY HAND
Every line was written by a hypnotherapist and voiced once. Nothing is
generated as you listen. The engine decides which lines, in what order,
at what pace — it does not write them.

PRIVACY
No account. No analytics. No advertising identifiers. Nothing to sign up
for and nothing to sign out of.

IN ALTUM PLUS
Opens the remaining ways in, every background, and sessions that use the
room. Monthly, yearly, or once. Ground and the free sessions never expire
if you stop.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
