### 2/5 — Idioma Español

*2026-08-22, version 1.3.3*

Debería tener la opción de cambiar idioma al español

### 2/5 — Looks Really are Skin Deep

*2026-04-27, version 1.3.3*

I really want to love this calendar but the only thing it does well is look nice. It’s really not built for people who want to be organized aside from seeing what events are coming up.

It’s extremely limited in customization and the features are basic at best.

I keep coming back to it and hoping it’s gotten better but am always disappointed.

### 2/5 — Has Potential I guess

*2026-02-14, version 1.3.3*

I have been on the hunt for a great calendar planner app. This one seemed really good when I saw a video of it on TikTok however, my first complaint is that you are forced to pay for the app and secondly there’s no widget widgets are the only way that I know what’s upcoming and what appointments I have. Unfortunately, the moment I saw that there was no widget. I went ahead and canceled my subscription. I am open to giving it another try if they ever come out with a widget until then onto the next.

### 3/5 — Good but needs an update

*2026-02-11, version 1.3.3*

I like this app but I can’t do anything! It won’t let me log or input info, I think it’s a glitch! Please fix! Thank you!

### 3/5 — Love the Aesthetic, want widgets

*2025-12-03, version 1.3.3*

I downloaded the app and love it and its price point. The only thing that made me delete it is not having widgets. I need things on my home screen to remind me to look at them more. I think widgets would be a great addition to make it better.

### 2/5 — Disappointing lack of features

*2025-11-12, version 1.2.9*

A beautiful app but unfortunately an instant unsubscribe for me. It was really disappointing there were no integrations so things like Steps could not be exported from Health or Apple Watch app etc. Having to manually enter these daily would be super time consuming.

In addition to the above, there doesn’t seem to be an iPhone Home Screen widget available for the app so would have to go into the app everyday to see upcoming items etc. Stunning aesthetics but unfortunately not able to see how practical or efficient it is to use.

### 2/5 — Don’t bother.

*2025-10-12, version 1.2.9*

This app is not even good and the fact that you have to pay a subscription just for an app to have bland colours is ridiculous. It’s glitchy and barely even helps your day out considering there’s no actual special services. Also customer service is terrible and you’re wasting your time when you contact them because not only are they unhelpful but you won’t even get a response at all. Ridiculous. 😂😂

### 1/5 — No integration! All manual

*2025-09-29, version 1.2.5*

The aesthetics of this app are absolutely beautiful—it really has everything I’d want in a planner design-wise. The major downfall is that it doesn’t integrate with Apple or Google Calendar/Tasks, which means everything requires manual input.

Before subscribing, I messaged on Instagram to confirm this but never got a reply. Unfortunately, I ended up paying for the first month and realized it doesn’t work for me. There are other apps out there with lower monthly fees that do integrate, though they aren’t as visually pleasing.

Lots of potential here, but without calendar/task integration and responsive customer support, I can’t recommend it at this time.

### 1/5 — don’t waste your time!!

*2025-09-13, version 1.2.5*

the second i joined it said i had to sign up so i did but i have to pay?? there are so many better apps out there that you don’t have to pay for so if you want to waste your time download this but i wouldn’t recommend tbh

### 4/5 — Aesthetic

*2025-09-11, version 1.2.5*

It is a very pretty app and don’t worry about having to pay for it, it isn’t a lot compared to other apps that are now $15-$20 a month. The app is very easy to navigate, it is pleasing to the eye, especially the aesthetic girlys, like myself. My only thing is, yes, can we change it to our locations, that is a big thing and can we get a widget?! I would love to be able to open my phone and see my calendar right there. Not having a widget is wild. It’s also more appealing. But I am someone who needs to see my calendar. Having the widget would be great help. But I do love the app.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t even let me access the app

*2025-08-29, version 1.2.5*

I just reloaded the app after I tried it last year. Safe to say I’ll stick to my apple calendar, the app wouldn’t let me even sign up for the app and I find having to sign into a calendar a bit too much especially when you’re in a rush or running a business. Wish it was easier to use

### 3/5 — Not ready for iPads

*2025-07-14, version 1.2.5*

Love the idea of this because I do struggle to find a planner that is aesthetically pleasing, practical and somewhere I can also prioritise wellness. However, I was hoping to be able to use this on my phone and iPad but it seems to have some bugs when using on an iPad. For example, when entering a new event, I went to change the date and time but there was no way to get back to event after that to save it into my planner

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not great

*2026-07-05, version 1.3.3*

This app constantly freezes and has to be re downloaded to work again

### 1/5 — Payment

*2026-06-23, version 1.3.3*

Personally I won’t recommend the app to no one due to the subscription method. To use the app regularly you need to stick to a payment plan and as someone with a big interest into planning my daily life, it pushes me away from that knowing I have to pay to write it. Better I’ll do it on a paper :(

### 1/5 — No account

*2026-05-02, version 1.3.3*

It doesn’t let me use my account at all, forcing me to re join or subscribe. It looks really good but I can’t even use it.

### 1/5 — don’t bother

*2026-03-21, version 1.3.3*

you need to subscribe to even open the app. if you don’t want to waste your money and time, don’t bother

### 1/5 — Subscription needed

*2026-03-04, version 1.3.3*

You can't use the app unless you purchase the subscription

### 1/5 — overcharged 3 times

*2026-01-28, version 1.3.3*

overcharged 3 times

### 1/5 — can’t use at all without paying

*2025-12-06, version 1.3.3*

who tf wants an app that can’t use AT ALL without paying. whoever made this app needs a massive reality check

### 1/5 — Teuer

*2025-12-01, version 1.3.2*

Ich finde die App sehr schön jedoch gefällt es mir nicht das man so viel für einen Kalener ausgeben muss

### 1/5 — You can’t set an event to repeat every two weeks!

*2025-11-26, version 1.3.2*

I didn’t find this app easy to use. There are too many steps to schedule an event and take way too much time. My main issue is not being able to schedule events to repeat on a custom cycle. This should be absolute minimum for a calendar.

### 1/5 — Paywall ?

*2025-10-25, version 1.2.9*

Never really downloaded anything I’ve seen from TikTok before, but the app looked really minimal and easy to use, especially with other apps that have awful colours schemes and layouts, I really loved this. I actually thought my phone was bugging after I put my details in, I couldn’t even get past the sign-up without a subscription, so it was an instant delete.

I understand that developers need to make money from their apps, but people aren’t going to prioritise a calendar subscription when they’re trying to manage their subscriptions/finances after a long month of working. If it were a one-time paid app, I probably would’ve got it — but making the app completely inaccessible without a membership? idkkk

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — The BEST planner app📋

*2026-04-05, version 1.3.3*

Quite literally the best planner app I’ve used! At first, you might feel a bit sceptical about paying for a planner, but it honestly becomes such a part of your routine that you naturally work it into your monthly expenses - it’s just that good🤣

It’s incredibly convenient to use on the go, and super practical. Being able to set preset days, and colour-code your planner is a complete game changer. The first thing I do when I wake up and before I sleep is check my calander. 🫶🏽🙏🏽🎀

I used to be a hard-copy planner girl, but they’ve honestly become a waste now that I have this. The owners / admin are also amazing with communication, which just adds to the overall experience.

A 10/10 all round. Perfect for the aesthetic girls who want to stay organised and on top of their lives✨💞

### 5/5 — Exactly what I needed

*2026-02-01, version 1.3.3*

I needed a simple system that I could schedule events & to do’s. I find Google cal too overwhelming but this app is just perfect for my adhd brain. To do’s don’t disappear once they’re completed so you can see your progress (great motivator) and if you don’t complete them, that’s okay! Just push it to the next day (I feel less guilty) and now it becomes a game to complete all my tasks. I can’t wait for this app to evolve!

### 5/5 — The most aesthetic agenda

*2025-10-12, version 1.2.9*

I’ve always been a fan of paper plans, but I realised they weren’t practical, mine was huge, and I often forgot to bring it with me. As a result, I ended up missing appointments or forgetting tasks. That’s why I decided to go digital, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

The app is not only beautifully designed but also customisable!
I’d recommend otto anyone who wants to stay organised while surrounding themselves with something truly beautiful.

Huge plus: it also has a “motivational” section. Eventually you can even use it for journaling!

### 5/5 — Clean, easy and super helpful

*2025-09-04, version 1.2.5*

I use InCharge for both personal and business and it’s honestly a game changer. The layout is super clean and easy to use, and I love that I can set goals and track health markers all in one place instead of jumping between different apps. The fact that it integrates onto my laptop too makes it so much easier to stay on top of everything. Can’t recommend it enough!

### 5/5 — Love the app

*2025-08-26, version 1.2.5*

I finally made the leap to download and subscribe to this app because I wanted more structure to my morning routine and this app offers the opportunity to be organised AND have positive habits incorporated, and all in one app.

### 5/5 — Great all around

*2025-08-13, version 1.2.5*

This is a newer app… So I think take the one to three star ratings of the grain of salt! I used to be so committed to my journalling reflection is to do list but as I travelled I couldn’t take all my journals with me in.I got the one month trial! And I will be buying it next month. This has been a game changer for me and my productivity, my business, my commitment with my friends and my fitness goals. Thank you so much to the founders. And yes there are some things that can be fixed tech wise but I trust they are committed to their goals and it’s just gonna get even better!

### 5/5 — Love it for productivity + it’s cute!

*2025-08-11, version 1.2.5*

I came across this app and I loved it so much I decided to promote it myself on TT! It had definitely increased my productivity! I use it DAILY! + it’s cute and very affordable if you truly care about elevating your life!

### 5/5 — LOVE IT!

*2025-07-24, version 1.2.5*

I love this app. It’s not only aesthetically pleasing but it genuinely makes me want to be more productive and disciplined when I lack motivation. Starting my day with the gratitude, affirmations and journaling to put away any thoughts all in one place has been a game changer!

### 5/5 — So aesthetic

*2025-04-10, version 1.1.3*

I absolutely love how everything looks on the app and I’m excited to see if it helps me develop more discipline. I am confident it will because I’m already loving the user experience. I do wish there was an option to choose your country as the US uses imperial system so I was confused about measuring the amount of litres of water I drink a day! Otherwise, I’m so excited to transform my life with this app and share it with others!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-04-02, version 1.1.3*

I absolutely love using the Incharge app! It’s made keeping track of all my important events and tasks so much easier. The user-friendly design is perfect for anyone who wants to stay organized without feeling overwhelmed. I especially appreciate how it integrates seamlessly with my other calendars, syncing events and reminders in real-time.

The app’s simple layout makes it easy to see what I have planned for the day, week, or month at a glance. Plus, the ability to set goals and track progress makes staying on top of my tasks feel rewarding.

If you’re looking for a reliable, intuitive calendar app to help you stay organized, I highly recommend it!
