## What is in phase?

in phase shows you and your people's cycle phases at the same time, so you stop guessing and start actually being there.
Connect with partners, friends, or siblings. Every day, you see where each person is in their cycle: menstruation, follicular, ovulation, or luteal.

Features:
- Shared phase view: see everyone's phase side by side, updated daily
- Cycle calendar: overlapping period and phase markers for you and your connections
- Trends graph: energy curves on one chart so you can spot patterns together
- Period confirmation: tap to confirm or deny when your period starts
- Pokes: send a nudge when you're thinking of them
- Adapted voice: personalise the daily copy to match your mood - Soft, Quiet, Warm, or Bright
- Fully private: your data is only shared with people you explicitly connect with

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.8 — 2026-08-06

No connection limit — add as many people as you like.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-07-28

When you open in-phase for the first time, setup now walks through one question at a time — no wall of options, just one thing to think about. Apple Health is asked earlier too, before you enter your cycle date, so the data can do its job from the start.

Four new tones of voice, Supportive, Coach, Sassy, or Clinical, let you choose how the app speaks to you during each phase of your cycle. Go clinical for your luteal, sassy for your ovulatory. It's yours to set.

There's also a Together tab now, a dedicated space to manage your connections. Plus an avatar picker so you show up as yourself.

Smaller things: the period end button works. Onboarding loads properly for new sign-ups. Calendar weeks start on Monday.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-07-19

added some updates to:

- Sign in with Apple or Google
- Push notifications
- New cycle profiles - whether you're irregular, a companion, or post-period

### 1.0.5 — 2026-07-12

ok i gotcha!

- Apple Health connected. Your period days now sync with the Health app — what you log in in-phase shows up in Health, and vice versa.
- Your cycle has a colour. The app background shifts gently with your phase — sage in follicular, golden at ovulation, quiet plum in luteal.
- Four new voice modes. Soft, grounding, quiet, bright — pick the tone that fits how you're feeling.
- Missed a cycle? We've got you. The app now estimates your next period if you skipped logging one.
- Polished all over. New onboarding flow, keyboard no longer covers text fields, voice style cards look consistent, tapping an input no longer zooms the screen, and settings have a cleaner layout.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-07-11

more more more releases

1. Phase-aware colors — background and cards shift per cycle phase (sage for follicular, golden for ovulation)
2. Calendar today marker changed to charcoal (no more confusion with period red)
3. Keyboard no longer covers inputs in drawers and onboarding
