Just got this app, it is very easy to use. Lots of breathing and meditation options for the price point. I love the color layout with big pictures for easy navigation. Great app for beginners at all age ranges. I’d love to see more options for the voice narration but other then that it’s a really great app that won’t take you long to figure out and won’t break your budget.
