## What is In the Flow (yoga + music)?

In the Flow is an online yoga studio offering classes in the styles of Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin and Restorative. 

Classes are taught by Matt Bingham, a certified 500 hour yoga teacher that has also done notable trainings with Jillian Pransky (Restorative) and Donna Farhi (The Art of Teaching). His teaching approach is to consistently refine things so that you, the practitioner, can tune inward to get whatever you may need from it on that particular day. He's been teaching yoga for 10 years in Flagstaff, Arizona at Northern Arizona Yoga Center. All classes are recorded at this beautiful studio and are similar to his in-person offerings. 

In the Flow is also a place to discover new music - Matt is the guitarist and one of the songwriters in The Light Meeting, a cello and guitar duo that wrote instrumental music for yoga and meditation. In the Flow is a continuation of this musical vision and this app not only features previously released music, but also new songs that are only available here on the app.

Since Matt is a yoga teacher and also a musician, he plays a song live on acoustic guitar during savasana. Most classes also feature beautiful instrumental music played throughout
