## What is In The Heart?

The Bible is one connected book — this app lets you feel it.

Read the whole Bible in three translations, fully offline. Under every verse, see the original Hebrew and Greek words — tap any word to learn what it means and everywhere else it appears. When a verse quotes or echoes another part of Scripture, it's marked right in the text: tap and read the connection.

MEET THE PEOPLE — AND THE PEOPLES
Over 800 people of the Bible, right where they appear in the text. Tap a name in any chapter to see who they are, their family lines, and every claim backed by the verses it comes from — nothing invented, everything checkable. And beyond the people, the peoples: the tribes and nations of Scripture — the Twelve Tribes of Israel, the Moabites, the Assyrians, the Pharisees — who they were, where they came from, and where you meet them in the text.

SEE THE DESIGN
• Reviewed guides for all 66 books — what each book is, its themes, its people
• The words spoken by Jesus, highlighted throughout the Gospels (optional)
• 900+ prophecies and their fulfillments, traced across both Testaments
• The names of God with their original-word connections
• Notable prayers, Psalms by use, maps of the biblical world

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.1 — 2026-09-10

People — meet everyone: dozens of unnamed figures (the pierced one, the widow, Pharaoh's daughter…) and the peoples and tribes now easier to find, with clearer ordering and connections throughout.
• Custom plans are more dependable — creation is faster to recover, and your purchase is always protected.
• Feel the app: gentle haptic feedback on taps, page-turn swipes, and purchases.
• Easier on hands and eyes: larger touch targets, better contrast, pinch-to-zoom restored, VoiceOver and Reduce Transparency improvements.
• Lots of polish across reading, study, and search.

### 1.5 — 2026-09-05

The app now shows you around. The first time you open the Bible, a short guided tour walks you through everything — the original Hebrew and Greek under every verse, the connections between passages, the cards at every chapter's end, and your own notes.

Your notes now travel. Write a note on one device and it appears on your others through your own iCloud — private and automatic. Deletions stay deleted, and nothing you write is lost, even when devices disagree.

Pages turn like pages — swipe left or right, anywhere. Plus smoother note-writing and polish throughout.

### 1.4.1 — 2026-09-03

• Notes work properly everywhere — the Save button now sits above the tab bar on iPhone and iPad, and a quiet mark shows which verses and chapters carry your notes

• Word cards opened from Search now scroll and close correctly, and drop you back on your search right where you left it

• Typing a full reference like "Psalms 119" now gives one clear result that opens straight to the chapter

Thank you for reading — and for the reports. Keep them coming.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-02

Rebuilt for touch. Every tap, swipe, and scroll now feels native on iPhone and iPad — chapter strips slide, cards scroll, and nothing fires until your finger says so.

A dedicated Search tab. Find any passage, theme, person, place, or original word in one place — including exact verses like John 3:16, and even common misspellings.

Search speaks your language. Hallelujah, Hosanna, Selah, Amen, Jehovah Jireh, Hesed, Shalom — the words believers actually use now lead where they should, including every name of God.

200+ original words, underlined in color. Right in the text you're reading — tap one to see what English can hide.

New cards to meet. The creatures of the story — Balaam's donkey, the great fish, Daniel's lions and more — plus Nineveh and dozens of people who'd been waiting for their card.

Cleaner reading. People chips tidied throughout, and card descriptions now read clean with the verse evidence kept right below.

### 1.3 — 2026-08-28

Version 1.3 — a big polish pass

Connection marks now tell the truth. Nearly 27,000 connection explanations were brought from the graph directly into the Bible, with clear reasons why each connection exists. Green means this exact verse carries a strong connection — tap it to see why. The " mark now appears only where a verse is directly quoted elsewhere in Scripture — and it shows on both sides, so Hebrews points back to Jeremiah and Jeremiah points forward to Hebrews. When a whole chapter echoes somewhere — like Ezekiel's opening vision returning in Ezekiel 43 — that's now said once, in plain words below the chapter, instead of coloring every verse on the page.

Connections explain themselves. Every connection in a verse's list now carries a diamond that opens it directly on the connection graph, with the reason in view — from reading to the web and back in two taps.

Chapter webs got stronger. The graph behind each chapter now shows its strongest links — direct quotations and heavily attested connections — so what you see is what generations of readers agreed matters.

New: the unseen world, studied honestly. Nine reviewed study cards — the serpent in Eden, Satan, angels and messengers, the Angel of the LORD, Gabriel, Michael, the sons of God, Baal worship, and more — appear right where those figures appear in the text, marked with a star. Each card says only what Scripture says, with every claim tied to its verses, and honest notes where Scripture is silent. A new Entities filter gathers them in the People directory.

New: the name of God, passage by passage. Name chips now say Yahweh exactly where the Hebrew text carries the divine name — across more than 300 chapters — and say God or Lord where that's what the passage says. No more guessing which name a chapter actually uses.

The People directory got a deep cleaning. Hundreds of fixes: duplicate people merged, mixed-together people split apart (there were two different Ahijahs in one entry), tribes separated from the patriarchs they're named for, and groups like the Arameans given their own look. Reviewed biographies with evidence ledgers now open the directory, mixed alphabetically so Aaron greets you before the deep studies do.

Get around faster. Slide the new bar at the bottom of the Bible to scrub anywhere from Genesis to Revelation, with a live preview as you drag. Your recently read chapters sit in a swipeable row at the end of each chapter — one tap back to anywhere you've been.

Plus: honest book pages that count quoted and connected chapters separately, smoother swipe page-turns that always settle back to center, sharper People categories (Judges now includes Jephthah), symbols that render crisply on every device, and many small fixes throughout.
