I’ve forgotten the paper booklet sometimes and for some reason never thought of the possibility of InTouch having an app! Well, now I got it, and it’s great! The only thing is I tried listening to one of their devotionals, and it’s an AI voice reading scripture and the message. I understand it’s more efficient to do it that way, but it feels so impersonal to hear a non human read scripture and the message to me. I reallly hope AI is not writing these messages either. But if they’re using AI voices, I’d be surprised if they’re not with writing. Please, I pray I’m wrong. ### 4/5 — Not sure why the change *2025-08-05* The last reviewer seems unreasonably angry. I understand frustration, but realize you are given a free service by other believers. Check your heart before God if you are a believer, and try to expect some basic humility and reasonable self control from yourself. That said, I do agree with their premise. The last design worked smoothly, intuitively and looked sophisticated and beautiful. Now the app looks different but not look or work better in any aspect. Almost like a downgrade. Even the narrator doesn't sound as calm and soothing, and maybe it's just me but the devotional contents also seemed slightly different? I hope Intouch will hired people who will listen to the Holy Spirit well. I will observe for a bit longer yet, but I don't feel as spiritually inspired by the current content, and the app seems to reflects quality decline. I’m thankful that they created this app because whenever I’m cleaning the house ever since my kids were little I have always walked around listening to this app. It’s so convenient and nice that you could just pick the radio. If you’re driving, you can pick the audio. Charles has always been clear and tells you right and the truth of what we need to hear from God’s word. He doesn’t fluff it to make it sound better for you. He preaches right from the Bible. Charles Stanley has always been my favorite preacher and he missed now. I’ve complained twice over the last six months to inTouch but never even received a response. Since 1/16/22 it has been off and today is 1/18/22 this is so frustrating. It is playing a moment with Charles Stanley on 1/17 & 1/18. I have been listening to Dr Stanley for 30+ years now - love him, but this new app is not user friendly. I loved being able to see the list of daily radio broadcasts that would span at least a few weeks worth and choose to listen to them in any order. Now I can’t find but a few. I really liked the way the previous app was set up to listen to the radio and tv broadcasts. I’m really hoping you change it back. I used to listen to this app daily….now it’s too difficult to find anything, so I find myself not listening to it anymore. I find it so beneficial to have the IT app to listen and study with him every day. I also follow his teachings by book, audio, and my Life Principles Bibles. His ministry changed my life and brought me closer to God. Even though he is with Jesus now. The IT staff continue to follow the calling that Dr Stanley heard as a young man. You will not lack any Biblical wisdom if you use this app and the IT resources in your Bible study and devotions. I am so grateful to the staff for honoring the wishes of their founder. Praise God! ### 5/5 — God is with you *2026-07-02* I was born with parents who were steadfast in Christianity and served God their entire lives. I was raised in the church and gave my life to Jesus Christ when I was very young. I’ve always been very aware of that time in my life and I will always cherish it. As I grew older I found myself going to a specific spot beside the altar, but still in front of it, when the pastor offered the chance for prayer after his sermon. The presence of God during that prayer time was powerful. I never abused the opportunity of having that moment in prayer with Him but when times called for it in life it was always there for me. I thank God for His Majesty and Grace throughout my life. I’m currently in the midst of a problem that I never imagined would be possible. I truly don’t have time here to go through the timely details but I’m facing homelessness as I speak. I’ve spent so much money since it happened staying in motels that it is shocking. For the first time in my life I’ve begun to question if there are certain sins that I committed in my life that are beyond forgiveness. Honesty demands that I say there are times when I feel Christ saying to me that everything is well and to stop being anxious. But then evil comes and tries to distract me with all of his lies and deceit. It’s been a battle every day now for weeks but I refuse to turn on my faith, ever. Tonight is my last night in this motel and I have nowhere to go tomorrow. I have placed it all in Gods hands and I’m praying for Him to deliver me from this horrible situation. I believe that God is with us always and I could use a prayer partner. Thank you for taking the time to read this entire message and I pray that God will bless and keep you. It’s definitely not the same as listening to Dr. Stanley in person, at church, but his messages are timeless. I recently noticed the prayer section and love that you can pray for others, as this is part of my ministry & a gift from God. The app is easy to navigate and provides access to pull up many messages on various topics.
