Where do I even begin?! This app is absolutely revolutionary. I can’t express properly how much In Your 20 is saving me. The breathwork helps me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I really appreciate how the science behind it is explained! I love the various styles depending on your needs (time, mood, etc.) I’ve been in a pretty deep hermit mode on my awakening journey and I didn’t realize how much I’m needing the deep, beautiful soul connections In Your 20 offers. My kid also loves falling asleep to the Bonfire meditation. 🥰 I’m so excited to see this app grow. To the creators-you guys are absolutely amazing. Living your dharma. So much love to y’all.💜💜💜💜

Love the concept of this app, in our world now where many people bury their faces in their phones, it’s so refreshing to make a real connection with a real live person non-verbally. Gets you to step out of your comfort zone if you’re shy and to really look someone in the eye and communicate with them.
