### 5/5 — Love Inara

*2026-09-27*

Inara.Ai has quickly become one of my favorite apps for unwinding at the end of the day, doing a quick check-in when life feels overwhelming, or even just taking a few minutes for myself each day. I especially love the journaling aspect and having the guide there to help me slow down and reflect. It feels like such a simple but meaningful way to reconnect with yourself.

### 5/5 — A place of rest

*2026-09-27*

This app has truly given me the opportunity to make better sense of my reality and equip me with the tools needed to successfully navigate life!

### 5/5 — Wellness Game changer

*2026-09-27*

As someone who is new to the wellness space and focussing more on how to better my mental health, this app provided me the gentle tools I needed to feel more calm, regulated and manage my emotions in a new way. The features speak to me as if I am getting help from a therapist and thats what I appreciate the most.

### 5/5 — My go-to

*2026-09-26*

I love everything about Inara. As a person who hasn’t been open to traditional therapy, Inara is a resource for me on my not so-good-days. I can regulate myself any time and any place.
