The keyboard Is connected to my iPad and working properly. I’ve tried shutting everything off and start up but still doesn’t find keyboard. Any Ideas? Thanks ### 1/5 — Not useful at all. Completely unnecessary. *2025-02-05* READ ALL of this but know that you do NOT need this application to use the scanner. I bought the BCST-47 scanner. There is no product page for this model on their website. Not a single mention of it anywhere. No documentation. I couldn’t get it connected via Bluetooth on any of my devices or operating systems. Macbooks don’t even see it by default. I emailed their support and got a cookie-cutter response. But they at least attached a PDF file labeled - simply - “Bluetooth HID.pdf” which had four QR codes in it that finally got it working in a way that I could finally see the scanner on bluetooth. I removed this application from my Macbook and the scanner continues to operate just fine without it. This application is completely unnecessary. It’s even more annoying that after you install it, it claims there is an update for it and downloads it from their site. Upon trying to install it, it indicates an error that basically means that there is a permissions issue and that it couldn’t update the application anyway. Why is the version here on the App Store not the most recent version? This company is very bad at support. Good scanner.
