What is there to complain about? For a long time now, our customers have wanted to the ability to send time-sensitive emails from GoSquared. Previously, you had to send an in-app message along with every email you sent out from GoSquared. While it’s often fine, or even advantageous to send a message via email and in-app, this behaviour could lead to a poor user experience on some occasions. Now with our new Email Only upgrade, you can select the option to communicate with customers without any in-app message duplication. ### 1.8.3 — 2020-11-27 The previous release had a few bugs that caused the app to crash.
