Cannot see what you are typing, the keyboard covers all the text the customer wrote plus what you are typing to type.

When someone changes the page they’re on; it would be nice to see that on chat. 

Also could you allow changing of the sound of the notification? 

Allow the “return” to be the “send” button

Notifications don't work. Chat is very buggy. If chat is important to your website, stick to the usual.

I just put a piece of code on my website, download the app and login… free???? What is there to complain about? After about zero amount of effort, I can chat with people that visit our website.
