There is no simple and easy way to cancel. I eventually had to call my bank to block the transactions. ### 1/5 — App freezes *2018-08-22* I recently downloaded this to connect to my Apple Watch but since then I’ve had to remove and reinstall the app several times due to it freezing. **Developer response:** Hi there! I've tried turning all other devices off and confirmed all activity trackers are turned off in the app. At this point this is worthless. Hopefully the next version will be better. It looks like it’s working at first but once you click Allow, the app crashes and closes. After that, every time I click Manage Devices the same crash occurs. It makes me accountable and keeps me on track, it has totally changed my life and I even have several family members working on themselves also ### 5/5 — Good program and app *2022-05-08* I have really enjoyed IncentaHEALTH. I love the ability to weigh myself weekly and receive feedback from a coach. I have lost about 15 pounds. I have learned some tools for my particular challenges. Best thing I did was get the scale. Always seemed like such a hassle to go to a kiosk to weigh, even though the locations and process was very easy. Hard to be accurate when you have all your winter apparel on. Now, from the comfort of my own home, I can get a more accurate reading. Very easy! And the app is great. Nice to have all the food and exercise suggestions. Customer Service is the best. Every question I have ever had has been answered within minutes. I love being able to weigh in at home, it’s so convenient...
