## What is Incentives2Quit?

Incentives2Quit is an app-based interventional program designed to support and assist users in their journey to quit habits they want to change (currently just smoking but drinking will soon be added as well). The approach combines personalized support with meaningful rewards to help people stay committed and track their progress.
