Inchanted is to insurance what Netflix was to video. So much more than forms *2025-06-22* Have to applaud the developers for introducing a real mobile app for insurance professionals into the insurance space. I believe it is the first focused on actual agent use. You can tell real insurance people built this. Unlike trying to use a browser on my iPhone or iPad this is a REAL MOBILE APP (why did it take so long for an insurance industry solution provider to build this ? ) Cool things I have found in testing: it works offline (!), even lets me choose my storage destination from popular providers like One Drive, Google Drive, Apple, or Dropbox. I keep my data. It integrates with other apps on my phone like messaging, multiple email systems (even the gmail app) and even WHATS APP ! WOW this is huge for client interaction as this is how they want to receive fillable forms. I can share client files with co workers, in office or in the field. Functionally it is easy to install. ROUGH NOTES is awesome and loads fast. I can see why publishers will want to leverage this tool for share their contents, same for insurance carriers. I would much rather my carriers share their materials through the app. This is to insurance what Netflix was to media. Truth is as a producer I don’t spend much time on carrier sites. So many small nuances have been thought through. Voice entry, I mean who doesn’t like speaking vs typing, so completing client info is a snap, just say it.
