I reached out to Coach Timberly with a goal in mind which was to get back to my active lifestyle. I was once at my goal fitness level and weight but fell off so I reached out to Coach Timberly to get me back. She personalized me a workout, meal plan and wellness consulting. I did her remote option. 2 months later I reached my goal and it was simply because I trusted her program and listened to explicit instructions. If you have a fitness/wellness goal that you are serious about reaching? Contact incharge fitness and let them do the rest, all you need to do is follow the instructions don’t deviate and trust the TIME process and you will reach your goal! Highly recommend this service!

I started with a 30 day workout challenge and this app has helped me stay consistent with eating healthier. Before this app,  I didn’t know what macros were or meant. Since following the workout routine and meal preparation, my life has changed and so has my Body!!!
