Tried to charge with Incharge charger would not active, money deducted, raised a ticket within app 3 times no resolution , they said i will get refund in 2-4 working days its been 20 days now no refund. 2nd Ticket resolved saying tried to call me for update and no response however i did not receive any calls, tried to call them about 10 times diff times nobody picks their custom care number

I was traveling back from Rishikesh with my family and, unfortunately, this was the only available charger till Basant Haveli on Haridwar Delhi Highway. When I stopped to charge, the charger wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, making it completely unusable. There was no app support, and customer care didn’t respond despite multiple attempts. To make things worse, they have a strict no-refund policy. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would strongly recommend using Statiq or Tata EV Chargers instead — they’re far more reliable and offer much better customer support.
