### 1/5 — No Landscape mode?

*2026-08-21, version 3.9.8*

So far the app does what I need. I wont be using it though. I’d like to. The biggest glaring problem, portrait only. With more and more iPads being used as laptop alternatives, this is a deal breaker.

### 1/5 — App DooDoo

*2026-08-19, version 3.9.8*

This app is bogus. The website is bogus too but this app is pure garbage. It helps with little things but that’s about it. I constantly have to uninstall it and reinstall it. When there’s an update you have to do it from the app. Big server issue, idk why the district even pays for this garbage. I could make a better one in my basement lol

### 3/5 — It’s ok

*2026-08-18, version 3.9.8*

Most days, it works for what I need. Other days, I’m in a hurry and a ticket won’t load or the app never even makes it to the dashboard, it just spins. At least once every two weeks I have to delete and reinstall the app. I can’t use a custom filter I created on the desktop version because there isn’t a way to actually filter from the app. But, again, most days I get by when I’m at sites.

### 1/5 — Not what you expect from a tech app

*2026-08-17, version 3.9.8*

Horrible loading time, always freezes.

### 1/5 — Not good

*2026-07-22, version 3.9.8*

For the amount of money IIQ charges, this app is a large waste. Usually it works, and even then it is limited in what you can do. Do not factor this app into consideration of licensing IIQ. UPDATE 7/2026 - now down to one star. It’d be nice if the app wasn’t such garbage.

### 1/5 — Why is the app so bad?

*2026-07-06, version 3.9.8*

It breaks every few weeks without fail and the only fix is reinstall which is a hassle mid busy day. Search works only if you know the exact serial number or asset tag or username etc. such a clunky and broken app to use

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2026-06-17, version 3.9.8*

Has extremely limited features compared to the web version. When requesting features to be added to the app I am told just to use the web version on my phone by tech support and dev team. Half the time I open the app it says that there is a critical update that needs to be installed, I click okay, it says I’m actually up to date and then goes back to the need an update page for a never ending loop (been going on for years). The only fix I have found when it does this is to reinstall the app entirely. If you want a helpdesk with a good app I would recommend fresh service or fresh desk

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-05-18, version 3.9.8*

Not sure what is up with this company. Maybe it went bad when PE took over. The app doesn’t work. Hard to believe that a company would allow itself to publish an app in with a one star rating.

### 1/5 — Please fix this app

*2026-04-14, version 3.9.8*

It won’t even get past the loading screen😭✌️

### 1/5 — Loading Screen glitch

*2026-04-14, version 3.9.8*

Several times a week the app will fail to launch entirely and instead just get stuck on a loading screen. This requires me to uninstall and reinstall the app.
