I can’t setup an account to even login and try this app. I can’t get past the text message verification screen. It says a code was sent but I receive nothing. If I can’t even setup an account, I can’t imagine how buggy this app must actually be for its users who got lucky.

We had been using a mix of a book and trying to keep a record on a spreadsheet which hadn’t changed for years. Once we introduced the App which is so easy and simple to use we were able to identify bigger issues before they happened. The team actually enjoy using it and adding videos and audio to the report was extremely useful for us on such a big site. Big thanks to the onboarding team who were very helpful.
