Love the collection and quality ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Toy Failed Within an Hour, No Support Without an Unboxing Video. *2026-06-27* I had a very disappointing experience with Includ. I purchased a toy car, and within an hour of opening the package, it completely stopped working. That alone raised serious concerns about the quality of the product. When I contacted customer support, instead of helping resolve the issue, they insisted that I provide an unboxing video. Seriously, who records themselves opening every toy they buy? I had already shared the issue, but they refused to help without this video. What makes this even more frustrating is that their website does not state that an unboxing video is mandatory for warranty or replacement claims. It only mentions it as a tip that may help resolve issues faster. That’s very different from making it a requirement after a product fails. A company should stand behind the quality of its products. If a toy stops working within an hour of normal use, the first response should be to help the customer—not hide behind an unreasonable demand that was never clearly communicated as a condition for support. Poor product quality and even poorer customer service. I ordered an item on October 11, 2025. Initially, it was supposed to be delivered on October 21, but then the delivery date was extended to October 29, and again to November 4, 2025. I think this app takes too much time for deliveries. ### 1/5 — Not trustworthy app and brand *2025-06-02* They showed 10 days delivery date and the product never arrived , when asked on 12th day of placing order they said it got delayed and will take another 15 days to arrive ! They take 1 month for a single order in today world , and besides they didn’t even updated us regarding this delay we ourselves checked with them !
