### 5/5 — Functionality and layout

*2026-08-25, version 2026.34.1*

I would recommend that the chat features should be updated to include a read or unread option for the doctor or a more detailed layout of the conversation with the doctor and patient separated from the patient and included health associate but overall amazing

### 5/5 — They listened

*2026-08-24, version 2026.34.1*

Even though that made the doctor and I may not agree on the medication’s, we did explore options, but I went ahead and taking the medication because of the changes in my life under advisement I am doing better today, but we’ll be seeking counseling with this group instead of another group who I had a terrible experience with

### 2/5 — Notifications are a mess

*2026-08-23, version 2026.34.1*

The notifications don’t line up. It’ll show I have notifications for a chat even after I’ve just read them all. Sometimes because it’s an error. Other times because it ACTUALLY failed to load the new message and I won’t see it until I’ve sent a message or DAYS later.

When chats get long, the app will randomly open up to a message MONTHS in the past, forcing me to scroll all the way down to the present. There’s no “skip to latest” either. And the scroll is janky.

This causes me to miss messages from providers.

Also the constant canned “auto responses” whenever I send any message is so annoying. I can’t tell if it’s from a human. Sometimes it’s obvious I’m just responding to a provider/nurse but I get the full “hi I’m <random customer support person> let me review your convo history” “oh I’ll send this message along” “is there anything else I can help you with?” 3 spam messages almost anytime I message anyone.

This makes the chat unbearable when messaging actual Included Health staff or nurses which is the ONLY way to get in touch with them normally.

Make it stop. Seriously.

Also the second opinions and “find an expert/provider” services are extremely unreliable. More often than not the second opinion experts don’t fully answer my questions. I’ve only had one good experience with the second opinion. Please find better experts.

As for the “finding an expert/provider” this is also hit or miss, sometimes the clinic/provider they give me doesn’t even offer the services I’ve asked for. Other times it’s spot on, like a 30% success rate.

Please give us the ability to rate the provider found or the person we got an expert opinion from.

### 5/5 — Didn't think my condition was serious

*2026-08-22, version 2026.34.1*

I'm so thankful that my brother encouraged me to call Dr On Demand because he said that I probably should go to the ER. And the doctor tonight told me to go to the ER right away. I didn't think it was as serious as it is. Very thankful for Included Health and Dr On Demand.

### 5/5 — So convenient

*2026-08-20, version 2026.34.1*

I saw a nurse practitioner named Lynette Baker. She was thorough. She looked at the rash on the phone. She took good care of me very quickly and was just wonderful to talk to. She also discussed follow up with me.

### 1/5 — Terrible service that adds no value

*2026-08-20, version 2026.34.1*

Included Health has been an exercise in frustration. After more than three and a half months, they still haven’t managed to display accurate basic health insurance information, including claims and demographic data. Our benefit accumulators, including deductibles, simply don’t show up at all.

Basic functionality is broken or missing. The link to request an insurance ID card just dumps you into the Messages section. We tried their provider recommendation service and received exactly one recommendation — a doctor more than two hours away.

And even when the portal is technically working, it’s so bare-bones that it’s barely useful. There’s no meaningful search functionality for claims, no useful prior authorization status screen, and very little that I can’t get more reliably by going directly to my health plan.

I genuinely don’t understand what value Included Health is supposed to provide. It has added another unnecessary layer between us and our health insurance while doing a worse job of presenting the information. Terrible service and completely unnecessary.

### 5/5 — Saved me a doctor visit!!

*2026-08-17, version 2026.33.1*

I was treated via Included Health with a very professional and knowledgeable nurse who asked the right questions and prescribed what my doctor would have prescribed.

She also warned me to watch my A-fib and blood sugar call back if no improvement in 3 days for antibiotics.

I am very happy.

### 5/5 — Wonderful service

*2026-08-13, version 2026.33.1*

Included health is a God sent in my time of need. I had an allergic reaction after a procedure and am so happy I could receive care from a Doctor outside of business hours without sitting in long lines. The doctor was thorough and caring and very helpful.🙏

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2026-08-12, version 2026.32.1*

When you need an advocate on your side Included Health does that! I’ve been having trouble getting a prescription and they took the time to help me get things solved or advised me where to go. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Gratitude

*2026-08-11, version 2026.32.1*

Thanks for your expertise & guidance!
