Worst customer service.very outdated room asked for 2 key got only one key . shower was broken out dated bathroom look like 1990’s. safe was rusted . very limited buffet same kind food every day

The app is not very useful you click on let’s say night activities for the day. It does not give you any information on the actual activity that you clicked on. I clicked on May 12, which is a Monday something to do with fire night but when you click on it, there’s no information to tell you how to Join or what’s going on

Minute two, night one, on entering our room we noticed there were no blockout curtains. I called down to the desk and was told they don’t have them at this resort.  I thought this was odd, particularly since we couldn’t turn off the balcony light from our room. But one learns to cope with it. But then last night while out strolling the grounds I look up and lo and behold, every room has them but ours. Lied to. I find this very upsetting. Also, I booked an upgrade and was told we would get a site and no we didn’t. I should have brought it up on check in. But it was a secret surprise for my husband so I didn’t have an opportunity to go to the desk until yesterday. Still no word back from them. I am highly disappointed to say the least. Our room is often neglected by the maids day and night as well. I find it rather disconcerting that even with an upgrade to their “Privilege” status our experience is so lacking. I feel for those who didn’t upgrade. Or hey maybe we are the chumps for giving them more money for nothing!!

Dreams customer service is not accommodating to any maintenance or special occasion needs. They asked us twice what kind of tequila we would like for birthday celebration failed to bring it. Our toilet did not flush for two days no maintenance came to work on it.

I use the inclusive collection app regularly as a UVC member. There is a lot of incomplete information. Restaurant menus missing or inaccurate. As an example there are no menus for the restaurant at IL Mare at Dreams Curacao. Schedule of what restaurants are open is not accurate on some nights. At times nightly entertainment is not accurate as along with day time activities. While the tool is great when information is missing, not up to date or inaccurate the App is not very helpful. Trying to determine if there are adult only pools at Dreams properties or if they are only available to preferred guests needs clarity. I can go on and on. I am sure it’s not easy to keep the information accurate but if it’s not accurate then the app has little value.

The spa here is so beautiful!  I can’t say enough about Norma.  My package included a 50 minute massage, a 25 minute facial and a 25 minute scalp massage.  Norma completed all of the services with complete excellence and utmost professionalism.  Highly recommend!

We loved our stay!  Our room, the preferred perks,  the food, the the drinks, the staff, all was amazing! I will highly recommend staying here!  Thank you!
