This app is less reliable than a McDonalds ice cream machine. It’s inconsistent, crashes all of the time, and the company support is terrible.

The app is acceptable (when it’s working). It has some issues like you are unable to upload pictures in the attachment tab (this crashes the app).

Hello, 

This app is great but right now it downloads version 2.6.6.109 and not version 2.7.1 which includes iOS 14 fixes for mobile device managed devices.

I intend to change my review back to 5 stars because this app works well normally, we just need the MDM update as soon as possible.

How can I get the notifications to start working?? They work for a bit and then stop working on mine and my coworkers iPad.

App works great but can you make it compatible for iPhones? that would help minimize the company’s digital footprint by eliminating the use of iPads. I don’t see anything within the app that makes it special and only exclusive to the iPads.
