You can only use PRV to pay the fee needed to send out bitcoins. If I’m supposed to use the shield function some work needs to be done on it to say the least. I’ve been trying to shield the amount I have now and it’s timed out around three times between today and yesterday with no results. If there’s some way to get it that I’m not understanding, I’d like to know and should be made clear if it’s not already. ### 1/5 — It’s a scam *2020-09-30, version 3.9.0* Don’t download this it’s screws up the meta mask even after I erased the app it’s still redirecting me to their app ### 4/5 — Meh *2020-09-19, version 3.9.0* Interest is payed in PRV so I’m no longer interested ### 4/5 — Add darkmode *2020-09-18, version 3.9.0* Seriously it is almost 2021. Add darkmode. ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible *2020-07-11, version 3.7.0* Because of the simple fact is no way to contact anything to do with the app or actually the crypto on it. Simple post an email address because when you contact anyone you have to go to other sites to contact anyone there oh finding an email that actually listens they just play games post did you send your garbage messages back actual information. You’re legal department mailing address your federal tax ID number. There is no liquidation I know you cannot get money for it you can’t do anything with it. That’s what liquidation is why don’t you actually do anything with it of get money what do you not understand. That’s what liquidation is in the real world. This needs to be done on Apple apps across-the-board. Your so called staking as a joke because I just lost 5.015891 which because your garbage update does not work it took away staking. If you actually looked at the app it’s not their. Updates that are not done off of Apple that’s garbage because you continually screw it up. This is going to court federal bench trial and I have the perfect judge that doesn’t like tec. No you start going through Apple no hard that’s going to be reported to Apple because you’re screwing around. You seem not to understand stop putting up nonsense information and start putting up your legal department mailing address so you can start getting your letters of demand. Because I have this BS crypto but I can’t do anything with you have multiple account wallets all with your garbage in them in because you want to nickel and dime everyone you can’t move it around. I’m going to hurt your bottom line. Remember when I find the information I’m going to posted on the Internet with how they go through the legal process to hurt you. I will be going after everybody with some authority here civilly hope you got 20 grand a piss away. But for your safety, if it helps anyone, I’m writing this. Crypto is not private and all governments track their people, including America. Privacy is a human right. I use Incognito because I support humanity. ### 5/5 — Moved residences and can’t reconnect *2020-05-20, version 3.6.5* 5/19 Updated: issue has been resolved and I’ve been very happy with my node. Earning crypto weekly at home has been a nice experience. A lot of updates to make the interface more friendly. ————————————————————- I attempted to resetup my node and there’s not an option to setup new WiFi for the application or to remove the current configuration. Keep up the great work! ### 5/5 — Finally, a crypto project that doesn’t make me want to vomit *2020-05-04, version 3.6.5* If you value your privacy, this is your new wallet. I’ve been using it since February, and it was great then, but they’ve already made huge improvements. It’s rare to find a crypto project that starts with a usable product and only gets better. I haven’t had a problem with it yet, and if I do I doubt it will last. It’s a relatively new project, but not like the rest of them. No ICO, not a pump and dump coin. Heck, you don’t even need their coin unless you want to join the network. Overall, I’d say if you’re not in it for a quick buck and value your personal data, this is the way to go. **Developer response:** Thanks for the kind words! I am also earning 57% return on my PRV staked. So far it has been amazing! I have been using the app for over a month and have not had a problem with it! The only crypto available are Ethereum tokens. Sending $1 worth of DAI is $25.80 gas fee. Lol. ### 1/5 — So buggy & confusing *2022-02-16, version 5.0.0* Literally unusable because of the constant crashes, error messages, and massive lag inbetween. Would NOT trust my cryptocurrency with this app when something like the VITE Wallet exists without any sort of gas fees. AVIOD this app at all costs. ### 1/5 — Done with this now *2021-10-05, version 4.7.0* October 4th, 2021-Well, it’s been over 2 years now that I have had 2 running pnodes and this wallet. While at first it was unusable, it got better over time. But they retraced. Now you have to have PRV, the native token to make any trades or to withdraw. When you try their in-app faucet it sends you 0 PRV. They also introduced slashing, so if you buy a node, you can now wake up to it being unusable and you have to either email support (it’s a privacy token where you have to email support to get what you paid for back up and running-seriously with your email attached and everything), refund 1,750 PRV, which is close to $3,000 USD at the moment, or have it fully staked already with 1,750 PRV and “pray” all of that is sent back to you so you can reuse those funds to restake your node only for you to go through slashing again, which means you repeat it all again hoping it goes well, which is absurd. If you send to this wallet cross chain, from Binance or ETH, the fees are like double, it was like 300 DAI in fees to send like 50 DAI. If you withdraw from this wallet and you don’t use LTC you will absolutely pay double to 10x the amount of the fees you get from ETH normally which are already insane, and the team pockets that mainly. So, in conclusion, it was garbage, loved it, back to garbage. It’s highly centralized, and not truly private, if you have a VPN, a common privacy tool (LOL) then it will mess up, it’s funny and sad. 0 stars if possible. **Developer response:** Thanks for such a detailed review, and for keeping it updated. We hope your experience has since gotten even better! ### 1/5 — Very high trading fees, Don't bother *2021-09-30, version 4.6.0* This app seems great at first, but if you're moving crypto to another wallet they demand insane fees for moving even small amounts of crypto! NOT worth it at all just stick to a mainstream crypto wallet. ### 1/5 — Hassle *2021-03-19, version 4.1.0* I tried moving a small amount of BTC into my wallet for test purposes. When it didn't show up I finally discovered there is a minimum transfer amount. There is no telling where my money is. A search on the forum revealed there is a process by which you can get it back. I keep trying to exchange my dogecoin from within the app for PRV except it doesn’t let me and keeps saying “please top up enough PRV to cover the fee”. this is insane, the app isn’t even letting me buy PRV and is holding my crypto hostage, and there is no way i know of to speak to support to get this fixed!! **Developer response:** Hi Daniel, Thanks for your message. The tech has always been solid and now the UX is catching up. When youre building the first privacy multi-currency wallet, the first privacy DEX, the first privacy staking service etc, i think some rough edges are to be expected. And those are quickly being smoothed out. The good thing is, it doesn’t. The community is super activity, and you can access it right from the app so I can get answers pretty quickly. The rewards options and staking pools are great, and fees are sooooo small. All around it’s just fantastic. I haven’t found a flaw yet, except maybe the design, but that keeps changing for the better so I’m not worried.
