The puzzles are interesting and challenging and there is a Help facility in case you get really stuck. ### 4/5 — I love Glitch games, but this one was too easy *2025-08-21* Maybe it’s because I’ve played every preceding glitch game, but this one was just too easy for me. I may have figured out the different types of puzzles too well, I always enjoy the artwork, the music and the general vibe of the games but in this one, I felt a little bit more like I was just playing along with a movie or something of the sort because the puzzles lack depth. I really enjoyed the overall structure of it though, I enjoy the mystery that glitch puts into their games and I love that they reference previous games and even future games in each individual one. Probably my favorite game creator, but they’re just not quite getting five stars on this one only because the puzzles were too easy!!! ### 3/5 — Bug *2024-12-31, version 1.1.0* When taking the button for the save from the steps it disappears when you leave the room! ### 2/5 — "Back" button disappears *2024-11-01, version 1.0.9* It was a pretty fun game, but suddenly the "Back" button disappeared and I was unable to progress in the game. I restarted the game from the beginning, and the back button wouldn't appear at all. I literally can't play the game anymore. My first 'Glitch' game, but I'll be checking out the others. ### 3/5 — Coherant fun *2023-05-23, version 1.0.4* I liked the game, but there was a bug in the last step. The button for the lock box never made it to the hospital. I tried picking up the button five times and each time it disappeared from my inventory by the time i got to the lock box. Very frustrating. It didn’t take a huge amount of time or over stress the little grey cells but it was enjoyable and logical and well worth playing. Nice to have some brighter environments to play in too. I always buy the Glitch games, some are better than others but they are always worth buying. ### 4/5 — Nice game *2022-12-30* I enjoyed playing this game, however there were a couple of problems I had with the game. The puzzle with the cash register (till) didn’t work for me because the digital numbers kept rotating rapidly when I pressed on a number and would not stop on the actual number I selected. So I had no idea what to do. It was only when I looked up the answer and saw what the numbers should be. I believe there is a bug somewhere. Also, the puzzle using the fire escape plan I believe is a little misleading because the token for me started in the middle, not where it needs to be in order to follow the plan. You have to move it to that location first then start the plan. Overall, it was a decent game. ### 5/5 — Excellent and suitable for younger puzzlers *2022-12-20* I love all the glitch games, but this one (and Great Escapes) my kids can play too and develop their love of puzzles. They have managed to make it slightly easier to complete without losing the inventiveness or fun and the content is less dark. I now cannot take the button from the dark stairwell through to complete the puzzle it comes from so I’m stuck eternally wondering aimlessly around and around. I’ve bought all of your puzzles and they were immaculate …..apart from this disappointment. Game glitched and closed 10 times in the first 10 minutes. ### 1/5 — Chapter 4 *2023-02-18* I like the game, however in Chapter 4 I apparently chose the wrong room order and am now stuck as I cannot go back to the control room. I tried to find a solution, but it seems I have to reset the game and go through all chapters again. In the first three chapters this did not matter, I always got through to the control room and changed the order then. I have played the 4 rooms and am back to computer centre. I have no key to use door. I go back through the am told to use button from castle on the box in the playroom. No matter what I do after I get the button I end up back in the computer room and my inventory is wiped. No button. I hope this isn’t the whole game because it is not up to your standards at all. Difficult but solvable if you're familiar with the genre. A nice meta puzzle too in this game, where four rooms have to be solved individually and then another puzzle that involves all those rooms together. A quicker game than some others but maybe I've cracked Glitch logic. I liked how you had to figure out how to progress through the rooms in order to get the right stuff for the next room. The fact that you lost your stuff and had to pick it back up when the rooms were re-arranged made it challenging. Lots of levels. I found this game a little easier (I was actually able to figure most of them out on my own), maybe because you had a finite number of puzzles in each room to solve. LOVE your games devs! Have worked my way through almost all of them.
