Next day she shared the plan with me and within 1 hour my whole ITR was filled by her for the last 2 years. It was such a seamless experience. Being an NRI, I had multiple capital gains entries including grandfathered trades, I also claimed DTAA benefits using Tax Residency Certificate (TRC), and my TDS had more than 50 nos entries which required reconciliation. Priti Sirdeshmukh handled the filing process very patiently, clearly explaining my queries and has put in sincere efforts and hardwork even during peak filing time. You will be assigned a tax expert to handle all your tax related activities, including tax planning. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unprofessional, incompetent and careless service. *2024-08-01, version 3.0.58* Their service is so poor that it compelled me to leave my first ever review on the app store in last 10 years. - I paid for an assisted filing, even then I wasn’t important enough for them. - The chat window remains open, no one replies. - They call at their own convenience, not according to when you’re available. - They promise you a time to call but don’t call. - When they call, they aren’t able to answer basic questions and ask to get back to you (which they never do). - If you call customer care, they say that there are too many requests to handle. Then they promise another call which again never happens. - No one called, even when the deadline for filing ITR has passed. And remember, this was a paid service, I had already paid for it. Case management: my case got reassigned to 3 different CAs, and guess what, there is no document management or KT being done internally. I had to share the documents and talk through everything THRICE 2. Quality of CAs: pathetic. I got super annoyed at the 3rd CA when he asked the same question for the umpteenth time in 2 days. He has since went MIA. If Santosh is the name of your CA then god help you 3. Quality of customer support 3a. Email: sent email on wednesday 9 am, and didnt get any response. friday afternoon when i called them the lady asked me to send an email. Clearly they dont read emails 3b. Phone support: the same lady above was highly unprofessional and seemed annoyed as to why i had called her. When i told her i have had to deal with 3 CAs she said "system mein to ek hi dikh raha hai" - of course point in time its one CA only. Then she asks me "aapne pehla CA kab assign kara tha" - as if i am the one assigning CAs to myself. Clearly they dont have any CRM. DONT TRY AND SAVE 1-2k BY GOING TO THESE FELLOWS ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2021-12-03, version 3.0.0* I downloaded this due to Dhruv Rathee recommendation. But this is really unprofessional I found. I registered myself and raised a request but one one seems to be bothered to contact. I have contacted some other person to file my ITR now. I have never seen worse service than being rendered by TaxBuddy…the software utility has no functionality all you do is submit documents in a chat box which is picked up by some one at back office , who has no understanding of ITR filing, he / she will fill in the ITR in every possible erroneous manner and you are left on your own to check and correct the mistakes, there is no one to help.
