Can’t even register. The “ok” button doesn’t do anything. So basically this is only useful if your phone is next to you when you’re too lazy to get up to change the thermostat. ### 2/5 — Has stopped working *2024-12-16, version 1.9* Worked great but starting today the app closes immediately every time I open it. ### 3/5 — It’s not bad but could use some tweaks. *2024-08-01* Been using this system for almost a year now living full time in our RV. I was apprehensive with this app the day we got the rig and I read the terrible reviews. It’s really not that bad. Very intuitive, my experience has been virtually bug free, and the app is quick. If the software devs ever read these reviews, from one software dev to another, here’s what needs to be changed: 1. AC control needs to all be on one page, no flipping between pages for each unit. Sync between the 1-3 AC units needs to be available or at-least all together. 2. Thermostat control needs to be an up or down arrow. The slider is buggy and terrible. 3. HOT WATER SCHEDULER. You have a scheduler for HVAC (which is poorly designed and confusing), a scheduler for the AC would be really nice and super cost saving for owners. 4. Better monitoring features. A graph of voltages, temperatures, and humidity. 5. More customization for button locations, naming, and organizing. That’s all I have to say. In reality, if you bought an RV with this setup, you are married to it without choice. ### 1/5 — Keeps disconnecting *2024-06-23, version 1.9* Worked good till the last update …now keeps disconnecting… all most daily ### 2/5 — Feature worthless *2024-01-23, version 1.9* A few things work the rest of the features don’t so overall this app is pretty much worthless. Sliders (for hvac) on IOS still use ints instead of floats, making it difficult to adjust. Still frequently loses communications with the RV. Still can’t adjust lights included in light groups. Still have to toggle buttons (like lights) 3-5 times to get the rv to respond. At least it doesn’t crash anymore. Monday through Friday 7am - 6pm Eastern (800) 688-3135 ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE app *2023-12-19* Do not! Do Not! Do Not use this app to monitor as you flush your black water tank! It will lie to you. It will tell you you are 2/3 full but actually you are pushing water out of your toilet boil inside the camper!!! It may seem accurate while wife is inside watching on the screen as I watch on my phone outside at the utility controls flushing the black tank. It’s not accurate on how full tank is. I wouldn’t even give a star but had to post review ### 1/5 — Won’t connect to RV *2023-12-04, version 1.9* Have the app, my phone is connected via Bluetooth to RV, but the app won’t connect. It says, “floor plan synchronizing” then when it gets to 100% it says, “timed out” every.single.time. I’ve tried disconnecting/reconnecting, deleting the app and re-downloading it, nothing will work. Now I have a new phone and it does the same so, definitely the apps fault and not my phone. ### 1/5 — Last update keep my from connecting. *2023-11-26, version 1.9* After the last update I can’t connect to check my Temp or change it while I’m on a trip so I can heat up my home before coming home. Frustrating! ### 1/5 — New update even worse! *2023-11-25, version 1.9* It was working for me prior. It still had its glitches, but it was at least usable. I could see battery voltage, tanks levels, and control HVAC. Now it just keeps crashing and won’t show any of that data. Fix this app! ### 1/5 — Latest update rendered app inoperable *2023-11-25, version 1.9* The latest update has rendered the app inoperable from a remote location. It acts as if you are connected but none of the settings match what is actually set at the camper and you can no longer remotely turn anything on or off. App is now useless! ### 1/5 — One of the worst apps imaginable *2023-08-20* Sad part is you have no other options. I mean there are bad apps out there but you just don’t use it and use a different one. With this thing you got what you got. We have to force close to app like 10 times until it finally take the temperature inputs we put or changes we make to heat or a/c etc. It typically take it and if you keep watching it just reverts back to its previous setting. So don’t think you turned the a/c on if you aren’t home and have pets just because it changed to a/c in the app. Watch it for a few seconds and make sure the change actually happened. Usually within 10 seconds it will just revert back to previous setting. Force close app and try again. Keep doing that until it finally works. That’s if you are in the RV. If you aren’t home good luck getting the WiFi to work. ### 1/5 — App instantly crashes *2023-08-19, version 1.8* Latest update causes app to crash as soon as it is done synchronizing the floor plan. I didn’t think they could make the app any worse than it was prior to the update, but I was proven wrong. ### 1/5 — Not even usable…… *2023-08-15, version 1.8* On IPhone the app is completely missing the Bluetooth option in settings. Very unreliable and would be difficult for non-technical people to fathom out. (For about a year now) *2022-12-30* About a year ago I updated the firmware on the controller, it has been very reliable since. So nice to be able to lower the stabilizer jacks from my phone and be right there. We haven’t had any connection issues, and we’re able to control everything remotely just as if we were at the main panel in the RV. We are camping in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina, and we have a 2020 Cougar 22RBS. ### 4/5 — Much better now *2024-01-25* I’ve been using this with my RV for about 2 1/2 years now. When I first got it I was not impressed. Speed, connectivity, reliability all lacked to the point I was considering pulling the whole system out of my RV. However, with this latest version of both the iOS app and the system firmware in the RV it is now working really well. Both the Bluetooth connection and the WiFi connection are working better than ever before. I’ll give ASA this much, their support has always answered the phone, always understandable and have helped me fix the issue at hand each time. My biggest complaint is I want some dedicated remotes for lighting instead of just this app or using the touchscreen in the coach. Worked much better before the update ### 4/5 — Update Your Camper Software *2020-05-22* I had some major issues with the app crashing following the latest update. After working with the company customer service, I updated the campers onboard software by downloading the latest version to a thumb drive from the in-command website. Following that update everything works great and the app hasn’t crashed since. I highly recommend updating your campers onboard software. Just follow the directions online and you will be all set. ### 4/5 — Great first impressions *2019-11-16* A lot of the reviewers were complaining about connectivity, but I thought that was using the internet. Since I only intended to use Bluetooth that wouldn’t be a problem. Well that only lasted a couple months. Now it won’t connect Bluetooth automatically. I have to go to settings on my phone and connect it manually every time I step away from the connection boundary. Other than that it’s a great app. Haven’t had any other issues and I can access everything thing that’s on my main inComand panel ### 4/5 — Everything but tanks *2018-10-17, version 1.2* This app works well, with the exception of the tanks. Black tank is the only accurate sync on the app with the unit. But it sure is nice to be able to stand outside and control the slides with my phone.
