The app won’t even open itself and start. Several people on here having the same issue. Software developer should be embarrassed to put this out. ### 1/5 — iPad *2019-10-18, version 2.5* It opens into a black screen on the iPad and is unusable. Please contact us at inquiry@asaelectronics.com with any additional concerns. ### 1/5 — Won’t connect anymore *2019-08-13* This is the second year that I have this and command unit last year at work very spotty but I was able to get it connected and when it works it works great, been trying out for the last two months to get it to connect, Now all it says is connecting to DC and it never connects I’ve tried restarting my phone re-downloading the app powering down there in command system powering it back up and still nothing, to me was not worth the money to get it, and now I’m looking at a new truck that supposedly the system works with it I’ll be making sure not to get the truck and letting general motors know that the system does not work. ### 1/5 — In command *2019-06-21, version 2.5* Very poor product. If gives you the pairing code but then shows unsuccessful upon a connection attempt. The only thing that works for me is the manual reset at the rv control box. Please fix this, since I can no longer use the app - at all. It will absolutely not sync to each other. I’ve not been able to use it. Now I can’t get it to connect with my iPhone that I used last season. I was able to get it linked one time. An hour later it was unpaired never to connect again. I know apple has many updates to iOS. So I think it’s time Jensen updates this app Please !! ### 1/5 — New upgrade *2023-02-26, version 2.6* This new version, useless! The Last version followed commands. Lights on, A/C adjustments, awning, water heater etc etc. New instructions, less than miserable! ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2022-12-24, version 2.6* The old app sort of worked; sporadically. I received a message a while back that to continue using the app I had to upgrade to this version. It’s literally useless. Nine of the functions match up with my travel trailer ( 2022 Keystone Cougar BHS ). The unit built in to my travel works only once then has to be powered off then rebooted to work but only once. Truly a piss poor system. If I could give this app and company a negative score I would. ### 1/5 — In Command is crap *2022-07-12* Second unit we had since buying this $100,000 they replaced the first one for free after having to jumper out the main board to make things work in the middle of a trip. No updates no follow thru if this was my business I would be out on the streets because you can sale junk and stay in business. Money can’t fix this! My Xbox remote works better than this hunk of junk! If I could have rated it a zero I would have! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-01-22* I have and use the old version 1.7 build 89 which worked 95% of the time but when I opened the app today it says that there is a new app which took me here. After downloading neither app would work. I unpaired and paired again which took several attempts to get paired but this app still doesn’t work. Also the icons are so small I have to use reading glasses to read them. The only icon that works is the i for information. Thank goodness after repairing the old app is working again. ### 1/5 — Wish it was better *2021-01-11, version 2.6* Crashes all the time. Keep saying it's out of date but there's no update. When it works it's amazing but that's not very frequent. ### 1/5 — Worst App I have used *2020-06-24* I can’t believe a manufacturer uses this system in their RV. The app crashes every time I use it. I didn’t notice this last year when I first bought the RV. Can’t use multiple iPhones. Tanks don’t sync properly. The temperature increase slider doesn’t stay incremented where you set it (moves a degree or so once you let off ... change this to +- instead) Temperature setting isn’t always synched with the app (sometimes I go into the app and it’s shows the thermostat setting at 78 degrees and immediately switches the thermostat in the RV to 78. The whole in-command system in general is not well architected and the app puts it in the tank. Multiple apps on the App Store without clear guidance on which goes with which systems. I think most of the people who have rated this low would love it if it worked properly! ### 1/5 — Never worked *2019-11-27* Pro version has never worked. As soon as the app opens the screen goes black. Have tried calling for help, reloading, etc. And the regular version of the app wont work with pro version of in-command. Maybe it’s time for a new update. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Tech Support *2020-06-06* I bought a 2019 cedar creek fifth wheel and it came with your pro series. I got it to work somewhat on my cell phone but was not happy. I got a new I phone and could not get it to work. I called tech support and after quite a bit of difficulty we got it to pair with my phone. After we synced it the system works perfect. I really like it now. Your technician was excellent, I am not a computer geek so he had his work cut out for him. He was very patient and walked me through it. Thanks, Greg ### 5/5 — Excellent Functionality *2015-09-01, version 1.0* This app is very easy to use and sync with my Raptor. I really enjoy being able to monitor my generator fuel tank level as well as the auxiliary fuel tank level. My wife really likes the child-safe features. ### 4/5 — Happy long term user *2020-06-29* I live in my coach full time and my In-Command app has worked flawlessly. I wish they would enable Touch ID capability for iOS as it’s a pain to enter the pin every time you open the app. ### 4/5 — It works for me *2018-05-10* I know most of the reviews here are terrible but it seems to work for me every time I use it. I do have to initially (manually) make the Bluetooth connection but after that it works perfectly. I’m even pretty impressed with the range. We keep our fifth wheel in the lot next to our house which is about 50 feet away from my bedroom window. Recently after getting into bed (in my home) I realized I’d left the awning open. I was about to get dressed to go outside and retract it when I remembered the Incommand system. I was able to connect from inside my house and retract the awning. Overall I’m happy with it so far. ### 4/5 — Ver. Build 2.4 is better but still has connection issues *2017-12-23* I purchased a 2018 Redwood 5th wheel and the system works well when connected. When it fails to connect is frustrating. I’d guess 80% it connects then for some unknown reason it will fail. The last time it failed I rebooted the iPhone 7 and it connected right up. Note to the SW engineers: please provide pop up indicating connection issue with tips to reconnect. As a retired SW engineer please fix the connect timeouts. ### 4/5 — Not to bad but can improve *2016-08-22, version 2.2* This system is no to bad it works most of the time. Some times I have connection issues, some times I get errors. But all in all one else the bugs get worked out it will be nice. I do like how I can be outside and watch the awnings go in or out to make sure there is no problem. Now that I’m using an iPhone, the command center does not show up on the list even when discoverable enabled. I have used it before on an iPhone 6. Not sure why it’s not working on iOS. Please advise. Thanks! ### 2/5 — Meh *2019-05-29, version 2.5* This app has been pretty lackluster at best, works about 25% of the time. It just forced an update on me that has basically made it a pretty pile of garbage. I can no longer operate my slides or my awnings, my tanks don’t show up and nothing that’s “on” (like my water heater) is showing up as on. I have an android and an iPhone, and right now the android version won’t fully connect and the iPhone version is useless.
