Absolute garbage

Our company adopted this system to replace eCompliance. Well it in no way replaces the ease and user friendliness of eCompliance at least in the Mining Industry. Would not recommend this system to anyone honestly and will be speaking with our management to go back to our former system.

Need to delete the program and re-install after upgrades or updates to the app. Lose all data every time. Frustrating.

When it works it’s great but so often there are bugs
No dates scroll visible, no wifi or no internet when there is and every other app works but not this one
And so often sooooo slow 
I need this to work and I don’t have time for bugs and slow apps

Very happy with the app’s functionality and seemless integration with INX’s InControl suite online.

The mobile app allows for realtime in field data to be captured whether it be a site inspection, a damage or injury report; users are able to maintain compliance with management system requirements without the administrative challenges that would often result in a lack of reporting and subsequently the lost opportunity to manage risk, identify hazards, document in field site risk assessments. 

The INX development team regularly look to provide enhancements and apply fixes when bugs are identified. 

And their technical support teams are hands down outstanding and consistently provide excellent and user friendly solutions to both the common and complex problems that are ever so present in the technological and telecommunications spaces.
