## What is Incorporate Wellbeing?

The Incorporate Wellbeing app is for employees of registered companies

The app provides access to expert content on fitness, nutrition, mental health, and financial wellbeing.
 
Your wellbeing journey spans your entire life and doesn’t start or stop when you leave work. With the Incorporate Wellbeing App you can:
·        Book onto events,
·        Log your fitness activity,
·        Sync your Fitbit,
·        Access your Employee Assistance Programme (if included in your package)
·        Track your nutrition,
·        Discover recipes and
·        Redeem wellbeing points.
 
The Incorporate Wellbeing app offers support to become more mindful of and improve mental, financial and physical wellbeing. This app will be your wellbeing coach in your pocket.

We integrate with the Health app to retrieve user’s step count for step tracking for participation in option challenges.
