### 1/5 — Numbers pulled out of the …

*2026-09-18*

I’m a daily runner with a good monitoring and scheduling for the past 4 years. And when I opened the app I saw that my “readiness” is at 1 this morning, although I feel perfectly fine and ready for another run like usual. Sharing all the data from Health didn’t seem to help too.

Do not trust the app

**Developer response:** Sorry about that!! A readiness of 1 when you feel fine and ready to run is not what should happen, and it does sound like a bug on our side. I’d love to dig in and help. Email hello@incredible-app.com with roughly when you opened the app, Watch model, and whether this was day one or after a few days of data. Happy to sort it out with you!

### 4/5 — Good but missing information

*2026-09-08*

I like this app a lot, I’ve been paying for another app for years but this one comes close with the data available and a really nice UI. Unfortunately it’s clear this app was made by men, with only men in mind because the data considers every day to day health factor, except a female’s menstrual cycle.

### 5/5 — Privacy centric training tracker!

*2026-09-05*

I didn’t want to pay Strava to see my own data. Incredible does exactly what I was looking for and more.

### 5/5 — Really great info!

*2026-09-03*

This app is packed with information. I generally wake up each morning and check my readiness score and unless I’m sore from an injury or prior workout, or have a migraine, it’s pretty spot-on to how I’m feeling. The dev continually updates it and incorporates feedback. I’m definitely not using it to its full potential just yet.

### 5/5 — I Can’t Believe It’s Not A Subscription

*2026-08-30*

Found this on Reddit and did not expect such a clean, polished product. No ads, no subscription, everything just works.

### 5/5 — The Perfect Health Tracking App

*2026-07-11*

Simple, clean health data, WITH NO SUBSCRIPTIONS.

It does everything other solutions try to do, but has thankfully skipped all of the feature and AI bloat weighing down competitors. Send the man a tip, he’s doing amazing work.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-03

Fixes for the Apple Watch, the coach and strength sets.

• Start a routine from your Apple Watch with your iPhone out of reach. The set controls work, and your sets reach your iPhone when it is back.

• Watch complications no longer hold an old reading. They refresh when you open the app on your watch.

• Open your earlier coach chats from the button at the top of the coach. It was missing on iOS 26.

• Complete a timed set such as a dead hang with one tap, and a rep set on an exercise that usually counts time.

• The app scrolls more smoothly and opens faster than 1.2 did.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-31

Your coach is here. It knows your training, your sleep and your scores, and it answers from your own numbers instead of generic advice.

And it does not stop at advice. Tell it your knee hurts and it rebuilds your week. Ask it to move Thursday's run to Saturday and it is moved. Ask for a workout and it builds one, saves it to your library, or sends it to your Apple Watch. Mid session it can add, swap or fix an exercise while you lift.

It remembers what matters, so next week it already knows your story. And when it changes your plan, you get one card and one tap. Your call, always.

Also new:

• A new training menu in the toolbar puts plans, workouts and exercises one tap away.
• Add a workout to your schedule for the day you pick. It shows on Home beside your plan.
• Send a workout to your Apple Watch, up to two weeks ahead.
• Customize the Readiness tab again. Hide Stress, drop a vital card, reorder the rest.
• Siri phrases now come in your own language, not just English. And 380 more lines are translated across 35 languages.

Fixed: a crash on very slow workouts, a crash when two heart rate zones met at the same number, watch complications that stopped updating, a Readiness check-in that opened blank, a rest timer that switched itself back on, an exercise search that hid the confirm button, and chart labels that showed raw text.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-08-20

This update fixes a crash that could stop the app from opening for some users after 1.1, along with a handful of smaller fixes.

• Fixed a crash at launch when checking access to heartbeat data.

• Workouts now count toward a plan session you moved to another day.

• Timed strength sets on Apple Watch keep their time target throughout the workout.

• The plan calendar's day popovers show each session by name.

• Opening the app from a widget shows up-to-date readiness.

• The avatars you unlock by tipping stay unlocked.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-19

This is a big update.

• A new Home tab. One place to see how you're doing: a short daily story written from your sleep, recovery, and training, your four key scores, your calendar, today's workouts, and a new Goals section.

• A more accurate Readiness score. We recalibrated how training load, sleep, and your vitals weigh into the score, so it now reflects the real impact of your training. Scores sit a little lower on average than before.

• Training Plans for every sport (Beta). Plan libraries for running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, and strength. Build your own plan for any sport, pick your training days, edit any day on the calendar, and send workouts to Apple Watch.

• Goals, a brand-new feature. Set targets for distance, training load, workout count, strength records, body weight, daily habits, and events. Track them on Home, as a widget, and on your watch face.

• A redesigned Training tab and workout library, with your recent activities, planning tools, and a browsable grid for workouts.

• Strength. Redesigned and quicker, with a page for every exercise showing your records and progress.

• Training Zones. One threshold now drives your heart rate zones, with new zone ladders for running pace, cycling power, and swimming. If you never set up zones yourself, they are recalculated with the new method.

• Home Screen widgets and Apple Watch complications for your scores, vitals, and goals.

• Fixes. A crash loop that could lock some users out until reinstall. A crash when tapping filters on the activity chart. A crash on swims with bad pool data. Pounds and miles now display correctly everywhere. Estimated one rep max showed different numbers on different screens; it is one number now. Planks and carries no longer show made-up rep records; they track by time. Push ups and pull ups no longer count as zero training load. A low wrist temperature reading, from a cold room or a loose watch, no longer counts against your Readiness. Heart rate charts no longer break into scattered dots. Numbers no longer go stale during the day. Sleep tracking keeps working when you switch to a new Apple Watch.

• Refined translations across 16 languages.
