The bank wants to charge us to use the check scanner so we returned it (should have kept it because they are still charging us for the scanner). Now we are trying to remote deposit checks and it doesn’t allow us to do that either. We continuously get an error that the check has already been deposited even though the check was just written out and it’s the first time attempting to deposit it. I wish we were in a place to change financial institutions - I would do it immediately!
