I purchased their 45-session training plan about a month ago. Based on their commitment of 3 sessions per week, at least 12 sessions should have been completed by now. However, only 5 sessions have taken place so far. Sessions are frequently cancelled by the trainer—often without any prior notice—and there have been no sessions at all for the past two weeks. Because of this irregularity, my pet has not learned anything in one month. The entire experience has turned out to be a waste of both money and time, especially since the full payment for all sessions had to be made upfront. I strongly suggest thinking carefully before purchasing any plan from Incredipet, as you may end up facing the same issues and feel trapped after making full payment. ### 1/5 — Extremely disappointed with incredipets training services *2025-08-03, version 1.3.13* I had enrolled my pet for training with Incredipet starting from March 30th under their “Smart Training” program. I paid them ₹24,000, and they had promised to teach my pet several things such as smart commands, advanced play, advanced potty/pee training, and much more. However, they did not teach even a single one of those promised skills. My pet hasn’t learned anything. Whenever I try to speak to them about it, they say additional sessions will cost extra. But I’ve already paid the full amount and received absolutely no value in return. My money has gone to waste. So, I would just like to say to everyone — only go with them if you’re ready to waste your money. Otherwise, don’t opt for their training services. They advertise themselves as professional pet trainers, but my experience has been the complete opposite. After enrolling for their dog training services, there was no proper response, no structured sessions, and absolutely no accountability. They keep changing their name – earlier Petmojo, now Incredible Pets – which itself raises red flags. It seems like a deliberate tactic to escape negative feedback and continue misleading pet owners. They made big promises initially, but in reality, they are just looting people without offering any real service. If you truly care about your pet and your hard-earned money, please stay away from this company. It’s unfortunate to see such frauds operating under the guise of pet care. ### 1/5 — Pathetic and false expectations *2025-07-07, version 1.3.10* I bought a basic package. Advance potty pee training was including in this along with no commands like don’t bark don’t pull don’t jump and no kitchen. However trainer was unable to train. My puppy still doesn’t listen to no commands and pee wherever he wants. Total false promises. I asked in the beginning if my pet doesn’t learn all this will the training will be extended or not! I was told it will be extended. Now that i raised the query they are saying it cannot be extended. Never ever book anything from incredipets. Take care of your pets yourself or hire a better trainer then them. ### 1/5 — FRAUD AND SCAM *2025-06-19, version 1.3.9* Extremely Disappointed – Waste of Time, Money & Trust I had high expectations from this dog training app, but the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying a hefty amount, my dog isn’t even 70% trained after 36 sessions and three different trainers. * The first trainer quit after 21 sessions. * It took way too long to assign a second trainer, who was completely incompetent and wasted 7 sessions. * Now a third trainer is trying his best, but only has 8 sessions left, which is clearly not enough to cover what was neglected earlier. From day one, the team kept assuring us that extra sessions would be provided if the training wasn’t successful. But now they are flat-out refusing, going back on their word. The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful, adding to our frustration. We trusted them with our pet, spent a significant amount of money, and got zero results. This company is unprofessional, misleading, and completely lacks accountability. They lure customers with false promises, charge a premium, and deliver nothing. Avoid at all costs — total fraud. ### 1/5 — They are complete frauds – do NOT trust them with your pet! *2025-06-04, version 1.3.9* I paid ₹14,000–15,000 in advance for 20–24 dog training sessions, and this was one of the worst decisions I’ve made as a pet parent. • The trainer they sent was totally unprofessional and clearly not qualified. He used to come just for timepass and leave in 20–30 minutes max. • Instead of training, he kept saying “your dog is very stubborn” – I mean, isn’t that why we hire a professional trainer in the first place? • He constantly pushed me to buy expensive toys and tools and then kept making excuses when the dog didn’t respond. • After a few sessions, they stopped responding to calls and messages. No updates, no accountability. They just vanish once they get the full payment. • They will act sweet before payment, then stop caring completely. Honestly, they scam pet owners by giving false hopes, take the money in advance, and disappear. Please don’t fall into this trap like I did. I found them through Instagram reels and booked a free demo session for my pet dog Leo. During the demo, they sent an advanced-level trainer, and the platform looked professional, so I booked a 2-month training session. However, after just 2–3 sessions, the trainer started coming irregularly, sometimes only once a week. After my sister complained, they arranged another trainer, but again there were constant changes. Almost every few sessions, a new trainer would come, which created a lot of inconsistency and confusion for my dog. Later they sent a trainer named Mahendar, who was actually good and continued till the end, but by then the damage was already done. Because of the long gaps, poor coordination, and changing trainers, the 2-month training stretched to around 4–5 months. As a result, my dog Leo was never properly trained and eventually forgot most of what he learned due to the inconsistent schedule. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and a very poor experience from my side. I hope they improve their coordination and trainer management in the future. ### 1/5 — Don’t purchase their plan *2026-03-26, version 1.3.21* Very disappointing experience. During the consultation, I clearly explained my only requirement — I wanted my new dog to become comfortable and bond with my older dog. I asked this question multiple times, and both the consultant and sales representative confidently assured me that this would be done. Based on these promises, I upgraded from a 1-month plan to a 3-month plan worth ₹25,000. However, when the training started, the trainer said bonding between dogs cannot be guaranteed and he would only focus on basic commands. This was completely different from what was promised. After I complained, an auditor visited, apologized, and said they would change the trainer and focus on bonding. A new trainer was assigned, but he also said the same thing. For 36 days, the training has only been basic sit, stay, and stand commands with no work on bonding at all. This was not my requirement. I had clearly mentioned I was not interested in basic obedience training — bonding was the only reason I purchased the plan. I feel misled by the consultation and sales promises. ₹25,000 spent, and my main issue remains completely unresolved. ### 1/5 — Good marketing terrible service *2026-02-02, version 1.3.19* ⭐️ 1 STAR – AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Incredipets has been nothing short of deceptive, unprofessional, and mentally exhausting. I paid for 12 training sessions. After weeks of delays, excuses, misinformation, and repeated no-shows, only 2 sessions were conducted. The rest? Cancelled, postponed endlessly, or marked as “will be rescheduled” with no communication whatsoever. Here’s what went wrong: • ❌ Constant false promises: “Next week”, “from Monday”, “trainer will come” — none of it honoured • ❌ No proactive updates: I had to chase them every single time • ❌ Contradictory statements from different team members • ❌ Unwanted phone calls despite clearly requesting communication only on WhatsApp • ❌ Trainer cancellations shown on the app with no reschedule or follow-up • ❌ Gaslighting the customer by claiming “proof” that was completely misrepresented Despite multiple chances and clear time slots agreed in writing, they failed again. At that point, I clearly asked for a refund. Instead of processing it professionally, they continued to argue, deflect blame, and waste my time further. This is not how a professional brand operates. This feels like a system designed to take advance payments and trap customers in endless delays. I strongly urge pet parents: ⚠️ DO NOT prepay ⚠️ DO NOT trust verbal promises ⚠️ GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING — or better, stay away I am now pursuing a refund and documenting this experience so others don’t go through the same harassment and disappointment. Later, the company abruptly refused the service, leaving us confused—neither assigning a trainer nor clearly declining. Calls and messages are ignored, including by the assessor. The trainers they send are absolutely unprofessional and inexperienced—most of them seem like freshers with zero practical knowledge. There is no commitment from their side. They say one thing and do something completely different. If you are someone who likes peace of mind, do NOT purchase any package from them. These people will only give you stress and headaches. My money was completely wasted here. I had paid for 5 sessions, but they randomly marked 9 sessions as completed without even informing me. This shows how irresponsible and careless their service is. I had hired them for dog training, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The person who came for the demo was just for marketing purposes, and the actual trainer assigned later was completely different. I was told that my dog would be trained by an experienced trainer from their high-tier package, so I chose the Advanced Package — but it now feels like a big mistake. Later, I also booked a grooming session for my dog. I selected a 3 PM slot, but no groomer was assigned till then. I reached out to their chat support, but received no response. Around 3:45 PM, I got a call from their support team asking me to select another slot. When I informed them that I had already booked 3 PM, they casually said that no slot was available on the app and rescheduled my booking for the 31st without my consent. I strongly recommend avoiding their services. The company engages in what feels like fraudulent practices, making big promises about their training programs but completely failing to deliver. After paying a significant amount for pet training, the trainers became unresponsive, and the promised sessions were never completed. When I reached out to customer service for help, there was absolutely no response — no calls, no follow-ups, and no accountability from the management. It’s shocking how poor their customer service is, especially when things go wrong. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, I received no resolution or even a basic acknowledgment of the issue. There are also multiple reports from other customers facing the same issues — trainers not showing up, incomplete services, and a complete lack of communication after payment. In short, Incredipets has failed to uphold even basic professionalism or integrity. Dont get fooled by the app. The trainers themselves need training and have no idea what they are doing. In a months time they missed many taining days and changed four trainers. We got involved by the impressive presentation given by one of their executives, who left the organisation as soon as we signed in. And we paid them the full six months money, what followed was frustrating journey for us, many complains and zero solution. Beware. Of you love your pet. A special shoutout to Ritik Sharma from Ghaziabad, the trainer working with my dog — he is doing a fantastic job. His training methods are effective, patient, and focused on real behavioural change.
