## What is Increment Fitness?

Increment is a gym log that remembers what you lifted last. Weight and reps fill in, rest sits on that lift, and you can set rest length in Settings.

Plan a split, log today’s session, and track body weight and lift goals in one place. Food logging is there when you need it. Your data stays on your account, and you can delete the account from Settings.
