This app is honestly one of the most frustrating applications I have ever used. Almost every function leads to endless loading screens — whether it’s opening the app, accessing billing, or attempting to make a payment. Nothing works properly.

As a user, I am willing to pay for the service. The issue is NOT unwillingness to pay — it is the fact that the app simply does not allow us to complete payment at all. This is unacceptable for a utility-related application.

What makes it worse is that this service appears to be the only option available, which leaves users with no alternative. Despite this, the app quality is extremely poor and not user-friendly at all.

This reflects a serious lack of reliability and user consideration. An essential service like this should have a stable, functional, and accessible platform.

I strongly urge the company to take immediate action to:
	•	Fix the constant loading issues
	•	Ensure basic functions like payment actually work
	•	Improve overall app stability and usability

If no improvements are made, this will continue to cause frustration for many users who are simply trying to fulfill their obligations.

Please take this seriously and improve the app urgently.
