I have never submitted a review here but this app was so frustrating in every aspect - design, load time, UX, that I have to warn others to just stick to paying bills on browser. In fact, i could drive to a physical branch, pay my bills, have tea at the roadside stall, drive back in rush hour traffic - and still the app wouldn’t have loaded. Nothing comes out when u press add to cart or pay you bill. However, the app seems inefficient each time after every IOS update. The previous issue after IOS 18.3 update recurring again where the app failed to load the required information for IWK accounts and fetching data endlessly without any success on displaying any information. Almost every function leads to endless loading screens — whether it’s opening the app, accessing billing, or attempting to make a payment. Nothing works properly. As a user, I am willing to pay for the service. The issue is NOT unwillingness to pay — it is the fact that the app simply does not allow us to complete payment at all. This is unacceptable for a utility-related application. What makes it worse is that this service appears to be the only option available, which leaves users with no alternative. Despite this, the app quality is extremely poor and not user-friendly at all. This reflects a serious lack of reliability and user consideration. An essential service like this should have a stable, functional, and accessible platform.
