Zwar gibt es in den Einstellungen den Punkt Konto und Account, jedoch können dort lediglich noch mehr persönliche Daten hinzugefügt werden. So etwas ist unprofessionel! Muss nun eine Mail schreiben zum Account löschen, denn wer weiß ob die nicht noch in 10 Jahren meine Daten checken. Helpppppp ### 3/5 — Grundlegende Probleme *2020-04-20, version 1.0.57* Ich habe mehrere Kampagnen über IndaHash durchgeführt und war mit den Zusammenarbeiten leider nie 100% zufrieden. Die Bezahlung für die Kampagnen ist verglichen mit anderen Agenturen oder direkten Kooperationspartnern leider wirklich gering, selbstverständlich muss IndaHash auch noch daran verdienen, im Gegenzug wünscht man sich aber entsprechende Leistungen. Die Auszahlungen dauern ewig, bei manchen Kampagnen musste ich 4 Emails verfassen und 3 mal anrufen bis ich eine Rückmeldung erhielt und schlussendlich kam das Geld dann 3 Monate NACH Abschluss der Kampagne an. Für frühere Auszahlungen soll man eine Gebühr bezahlen, auch das ist meiner Meinung nach kein faires System. Es kommen zu selten interessante Kampagnen in der App rein und oft hat diese technische Fehler weshalb man sich dann doch wieder persönlich an seinen Berater wenden muss. Positiv ist, dass die Abläufe der Kampagnen immer relativ unkompliziert war und ich letztendlich auch immer das Geld erhalten habe.
