There was a bug and now I cannot create a new account since it’s said the name associated with the account has recently been used so I cannot use the app at all

The app used to be good, but now it is useless. I am unable to add a credit card because it asks for a zip code but there is no place to add a zip code. If I try to contact customer service through the app, it crashes.

Every time I’ve used the app for pickup it shows me a progress screen that they’re working on the order, but the employees at the Williamsburg location aren’t trained to update the status that the order is ready.

I’m never sure if they’re busy, so sometimes I go after 20 minutes and just stand around waiting and other times I’ve gone after 20 minutes and it’s clear my food has been sitting for 10 minutes.

Excellent app. The only downside is that the order progress seems to be on a timer, not actually calibrated to the status of your order.

The donation with every purchase / donation tracking is the coolest thing I’ve seen in a restaurant app. The food is great and I love to think about how I’m helping save the Amazon while eating it. Bravo INDAY!
