I don’t think this app is that great. It gets stuck when you are looking at someone else’s schedule and you can’t go back to your own schedule. End up having to close to app completely.

I’ve been using this app for a few years now, but there’s one thing that can be incredibly annoying. The swipe down action to refresh the page never works as intended. Everytime I try to swipe down to refresh, the calendar moves sideways to the next month. The app always thinks I’m swiping sideways when I swipe down. It would be great if the developers could slightly modify the swipe action to allow the app to recognize which direction you’re swiping.

This app is fantastic overall, but I've noticed a couple of glitches when it comes to refreshing the content. Sometimes, it doesn't update as quickly as I would expect, which can be a bit frustrating. Additionally, adding a dark mode would greatly enhance the user experience, especially for those of us who prefer using apps in low-light environments. It would not only reduce eye strain but also improve battery life on devices with OLED screens.

I can’t believe it’s getting so hard to use. I don’t want to add another email, I don’t want to solve 5 puzzles, I don’t want to end up on some stupid Microsoft screen and get stuck on it and if I minimize or close it it puts me back to square one, I don’t want to have to get a code sent to multiple places to enter, and this might be my employer requiring to much, but I don’t even know which username and password to use, because I have half a dozen for different things. Please, PLEASE just let me log in and volunteer for work

I don’t understand why I cannot login, I even called to reset my login and still can’t, I don’t understand no matter the different logins I use I can’t log in.

App is slow, intrusive and displays scheduled assignments out of order.  Ex: an employee scheduled to work 9a-9p (on the same day) with two job assignments is typically shown as 1:00p-9:00pm job assignment - 9:00am-1:00pm job assignment.  This is not only confusing to the employee and their supervisors but it has led to several missed shifts due to the app displaying job assignments out of order.  Very disappointing that a scheduling app can’t display the schedule in chronological order.

Edit: So looking again, it does show the weekends. A few months back it didn’t, but it seems to be in order now.
