Constantly freezes up, sometimes I can’t get to my account to unlock my bank card ### 3/5 — Not all accounts are showing up *2021-04-09, version 13.0.1* My husband and I switched to this bank due to us bank closing its door in our town. We got the app, both accounts show up in his app but not mine. Is there a fix for this, and yes both our names are on both accounts. For example, not once this week has it opened for me. The worst part is I no longer expect it to open when I try. I’m now just curious to see if it will. Since the most recent update it won’t even load. And never stays updated. The bank are crooks. I have banked here for less than a year and it has been the worst bank I’ve ever used. I decided to use this bank as it was the closest one to me at the time. Yeah don’t make my mistake. Costumer service is awful. I would recommend keeping your money in a cookie jar, or even in your underwear. It’s much safer than putting any money into this bank. The one star reviews normally carry a lot of weight with them, for good reason. Maybe on day this bank will care about its costumers but it is not 2020. Update: Can’t give negative stars but if I could, this would be the app to get them and the bank. The app never stays up to date, your balance is never your actual balance. They can’t keep up with their charges or deposits. Some transactions will be “pending” for over a week. I’ve never had a bank as terrible as this bank. ### 1/5 — Independence Bank App *2020-07-11, version 12.3.0* Updated my app and it hasn’t worked since the update. Very annoying to not be able to log in and check balance. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2019-07-31, version 3.1.0* I can log in but can’t view my balance, made a deposit anything. And of course they none know what the issue is or how to fix it. Definitely switching banks. ### 1/5 — Eh *2016-01-09, version 3.0.0* As far as banking apps go, this is probably the worst one. It's slow, visually unappealing, lacks features, hardly ever receives updates. Why no Touch ID login, Apple Pay support, push notifications? And this is less about the app and more about the bank itself but, purchases take foreverrrrr to show on your account. I'm talking a week or more. Why is this when other banks are almost instantaneous? ### 1/5 — Not able to log in. *2014-12-02, version 2.0* Can't log in even though I can log into the main site and the older mobile site. Very old fashioned graphics. In this day and age the look needs to be clean and modern.
