While it does state that it can take up to 90 days to receive the deposit, I decided to reach out a week or so after 30 days (after receiving the email that I met the requirement) to make sure they recognize that I am eligible and met the deposit requirement. Exactly 7 days after I contacted support through the Message Support in the app, my bonus was rewarded to me and deposited in my account! I can’t speak as to why they’ve established a 90-Day maximum wait for the reward, but my recommendation is to reach out to support and have them address it and maybe you will get your reward MUCH sooner like I did. It’s been nearly 3 months and I still haven’t received it.
