India Today sadly has not lived up too to the very high expectations that I have had of it since the 70s.It is not very critical of the ruling dispensation when it needs to. I also downloaded the IT app proposing to read my subscription on the app. This was 3 months back and till date I am unable to access my subscription on the app. I have lodged a complain but that’s gone into a black hole as has my subscription. I am very frustrated and disappointed that such a well established brand name has such poor processes. But I will say that the payment process worked smooth as silk and my money has gone.
