Indiafillings made it happen. The team is very responsive and helpful. They carried out the process with minimum required documentations. I just had to submit the documents and Devishree Rathod, who was in charge took care of the entire process and updated me frequently about the progress. She was excellent at her job. And I would to suggest all to once go through with them and take the benefits. 😊😊 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Indiafilings have Fake Reviews on Internet *2025-09-02, version 3.62* Indiafiling claims to be one of the best and top companies in India for these kinds of services. Let me give you my open and honest review: Indiafiling is only focused on selling. It feels like they hire uneducated staff for services. They gave me false hope by saying that my desired company name “____ PVT LTD” was available. I trusted them and paid for company registration services. But once they received the payment, they just told me to go to their dashboard and download the app. When I logged in, nothing was there. I tried contacting them on WhatsApp (where I had already started a conversation), but there was no response. Then I found out their app is broken on iPhone, so chat and support don’t even work. I reported this issue to them, but again, no response. Later, I received an email about company registration documents. I replied within a minute, but again—no response. They wasted my time, spoke for 5 minutes, then left the chat unattended. Is this what you call customer support? Is this how you value your customers? The next day, I received a message asking for my UK number, which I provided. They assigned me another RM (relationship manager). He asked me for the company name I wanted, and when I told him, he said it wasn’t possible because of one restricted word “group.” He then suggested another name, but when I checked, that name was already registered. I asked him if he was sure the name was available, and he said yes. I asked again, he still said yes. The third time, after I insisted, he finally admitted it was not available after “checking with an expert.” This shows how careless and unprofessional their staff is. I chose Indiafiling because I saw good reviews online, but now I feel those reviews are fake. In reality, here’s what I faced: I paid for a company name they said was available, and later they told me it was not possible. Their excuse: they can file that name, but if it gets rejected, I’ll have to choose another. I understand the process, but why would the salesperson confirm the exact name as “available” in the first place? To make things worse, they left conversations unattended while I was still waiting for answers. When I asked for a refund, they told me to raise a ticket in their app. How can I do that when their app itself is broken? I even shared screenshots of the broken app with them—no response. I have all the screenshots and proof of everything I’ve mentioned here. ⸻ What I actually found about Indiafiling: 1. Salespeople and RMs lack knowledge. 2. Service is extremely poor and unacceptable. 3. iPhone app is broken. 4. They do not value their customers. 5. Very unprofessional staff. 6. Fake reviews on the internet. 7. No response regarding refunds. 8. They suddenly leave chats even while conversations are ongoing. ⸻ Conclusion Before choosing Indiafiling, please read this review and make your decision wisely. I personally own and run 4 companies in the UK, and I have never faced this kind of disappointment there. I truly regret trusting Indiafiling while trying to set up my holding company in India 🇮🇳. ### 1/5 — Slow and frustrating company registration *2024-12-16* The company has sales team which is highly pestering. They will you call you again and again until you make the payment. Once you make the payment its you making the calls. Relationship manager does'nt pick up, leaves messages on seen and does'nt believe in building any relationship or getting the job done. In my case it was a guy named Mayur. All in all I am happy I did not sign up for other services from them. If you want work then be ready to follow up everyday with them. Btw company formation is still pending after a month. ### 1/5 — Unreasonable Demands and Upselling Pressure *2024-11-06, version 3.2* My experience with IndiaFiling was disappointing. They demand irrelevant files and try to sale their services. The services were presented with sense of Urgency, and making it seem through skipping them could jeopardise the process. Their representative, Rajini, created a sense of pressure that was both frustrating and stressful. Whenever I questioned the necessity of certain documents or services, their response was not to clarify or reassure but to further escalate their upselling efforts. Overall, Utterly unprofessional. Avoid this service. In order to save my colleagues from using their service I will publish the same on our Youtube Channel, and pay to other digital service to avoid being scammed by Indiafilings. ### 1/5 — Theives *2024-10-20* They are theives, will take your money and also be very attentive till you pay them and then they keep on changing the account manager until you are irritated and over 2 years have passed. And then they say you are not eligible for a refund coz that’s possible only in the first 1 month of you registering with them. Please do not use this platform. India filings should be banned. I can see many people have written how pleased they are but please look at the description in the beginning they are clearly promoting themselves with fake feedback’s. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Experience *2024-07-04* I had to literally beg and plead people to respond to messages , on the app they give escalation matrix none of the numbers work they misplaced my 2 digital signatures gst application failed due to wrong document upload last minute asked to take compliance pack. I don’t wish other suffer the way I have suffered so I am compelled to write. Only one girl helped me because of which I was able to take numbers of seniors and escalate and get the problem resolved. I am warning everyone about their services I am willing to share all screenshots of escalations and wats app chat ### 1/5 — Very disappointing experience. I won’t recommend their service. *2022-08-12* I paid for their service in advance on July 7. It’s been more than a month now & still many activities are pending. What I found frustrating: 1. Lack of coordination among the teammates which results in asking us for the same documents we uploaded already. 2. Reminder notification to complete payment when I already paid for their service & didn’t get it done. 3. Additional payment which I wasn’t mentioned before getting the initial payment done. 4. I was asked today to upload the documents again after so long. They blame it on system error. 5. Slow response after 1 month if not getting the work done. 6. Repeatedly asking for positive reviews when I’m actually frustrated at the way if service. 7.Strong communication issues. I’m building my company from the scratch & the money & time I invest is very important for me. I’m writing this review in the hope that the process will speed up & will be done in a day or 2 from today.
