But if you want to play in a key slightly higher or lower than what is available, you are out of luck, as even a slight adjustment to the tuning ruins the sound. Regarding tuning, each track actually has its own Tune knob in the Mixer, so you can nudge individual instruments up or down in pitch to match the key you need, rather than shifting the whole kit at once. Once you find settings you like, just tap Save in the Mixer to store those tuning changes with your drum kit, so they're there next time you load it. Each one has been very useful. I was just curious about the Indian Drummer. I decided to just purchase it on a whim. I explored the app a little, and the decided to just use it to jam for a bit… 647 measures (of five beats) later, I was finally able to stop it. … needless to say I easily had enough fun to justify the price. I can see how it can be useful for practice, and composition work. One suggestion I have is for us who are less able to count complex beats, it would be nice to have a visual representation of each beat: for example 1, 2, etc… or, maybe I just have to work on my counting. I tell people about the app all the time. Probably sold dozens of these. It would be nice to have some direct customer support after spending well over $200 on the apps and the add-ons. The drone is very effective and people are transported back to the days of George Harrison and Ravi Shankar. I have many clock sinking all my delays on my Chapman stick guitar strings, synthesizer, and vocal effects. Works great. The longer this app plays synced to Midi the more it drifts from the Keysteps clock. You hardly notice it at first but after 4 or 5 minutes it gets increasingly worse. **Developer response:** Hello Rick, As MIDI Clock is an older technology, it's not very efficient on iOS. Nowadays, Ableton Link is much more modern and efficient. Therefore, we recommend syncing via Ableton Link. The AI jam variations are very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the soundsets do not cover many common keys. It seems the only ones available are C, Eb, and F, but I sing in D. While I can set the tanpura to D, I cannot set the tabla to D. Very little documentation, not sure what I am missing.
