In fact, we read the Press Journal before reading our local paper. When it was locally owned I felt the news was balanced between right and left. Since Gannett has been involved there is NO balance, especially the last four years, every article carries an anti-Trump theme. This is the reason many of my FL native friends have cancelled their subscriptions and get their news elsewhere. We start our day being frustrated. My question to TCPalm is why is this happening why can’t you rectify it. We have done everything to rectify any problems on our end. Yet each day there is a problem getting that day's paper. I have to delete the app several times and often, I get so frustrated and have to wait until evening to read the paper. After months (at least two) of having to uninstall and reinstall this app several times every morning so I can get through reading this paper, I’m at it again! I’ve done it five times so far this morning and still haven’t finished the paper. It’s so frustrating! Someone in charge needs to recognize the problem and fix it. It’s costing me money and if it doesn’t get fixed soon it will cost the paper money because, I for one, will unsubscribe and get my news elsewhere.
