Will look into this ### 4/5 — Booking process is not good *2024-02-09* It takes me to the irctc web page when i try to book a ticket. This facility should be inbuilt in the app itself with its own GUI. I will give 5 stars when done. The location of train is always incorrect. It shows the train 2 stations behind than the actual location which is a flaw. Please fix it as its the main feature of this app. **Developer response:** The irctc password entry page is required by irctc rules for all authorised booking agents. We will check the status issue. Station Status is user friendly and you can find status of any train. 95% Accuracy. At least a warning would help the users. Downloaded this app and found it really tough to use. The design and navigation is not intuitive and many cases it won’t display anything e.g. if train is cancelled. Let’s say if am traveling from Tirupati to kadapa in specific train then I need to know which coach has more vacant seats so that I can get into it and when TC comes then I can pay him extra amount and reserve the seats for me till that travel. This has always been problem to me (for many people as well) whenever I travel with general ticket and am ready to pay difference fair to TC. Its always difficult to find which coach has vacant seats and by the time I find it train will be moving. When we are traveling with family and parents this has been always a problem. People wants to use tracking in light mode even their mobile set to dark mode. 3.
