This app seems to be hard broke. Hasn’t had a review in over a year. All I see is the opening graphic.

While trying to help another Soldier complete the exit survey i noticed several issues. Once you click yes or no you can not uncheck one or the other even if you didn’t need to answer that question. All fields have complete answers and still can not submit the survey. If there is a field that needs corrected it would be very useful to know which field instead of trying to guess and figure out the error. Very Frustrating hope tax payers didn’t pay for this.
