It will be nice if the app had FULL KEYBVOARD support. when i use the keyboard to set the price it doesnt adjust.

Put back smart assignment why would you remove it?

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. Smart assignment is still available. To enable it on iPad, please go to Settings → Inventory, then under the Other Settings tab enable Optimize Driver Routes. Once enabled, Smart Assignment will appear on the Orders page.

Gets worse with every update

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that we are not removing features. The IndicaOnline POS app is not just a register, it includes the full functionality of our web platform and is used by different user groups for different purposes, such as sales processing, inventory audits, dispatcher mode, order fulfillment, customer/patient management, fleet management, marketing, and more.
Based on customer feedback, many features are configurable and can be enabled or disabled in the app settings so each user can tailor the app to their workflow. If you don’t have permission to change these settings, please ask your manager to configure them for you.
We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve the experience.

Leaving the scanner on on every screen is the stupidest thing you could have done with the app. Please revert this ASAP. This is the most annoying thing you could have done. Why have the scanner always on when you have to be on certain screens for it to even work. FAIL!!!!!!!!!

Customer support doesn’t know anything about the app. Only the “development team” know and you can’t talk to them directly.
